摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to shorten the time required for a burr removal step and make it difficult for the burrs to detach from a sheet member in a step for removing the burrs together with the sheet member. For removal, by making the burrs to adhere to a pliable sheet member such as paper or nonwoven fabric that has been incorporated beforehand in the molding die and stripping the sheet member from the molding die, the burrs are removed together with the sheet member. The present invention is characterized in that in order to make it difficult for the burrs to detach from the sheet member during the stripping, a radiused shape with an arc-shaped cross-section is formed by the molding die on the areas surrounding the sections where the burrs adhere to the sheet member.

摘要: A welding position is provided which can prevent surface pressure drop in a seal bead in a pair of metal gaskets is determined. Joint surfaces of a pair of metal gaskets are joined to each other by welding. The pair of metal gaskets include a seal bead that encloses opening and a plurality of structures that bulge from the joint surfaces. A pressure-sensitive medium is sandwiched between the seal bead and a member to be engaged so that the pair of joined metal gaskets and the member to be engaged are stacked on one another, and the pair of joined metal gaskets are tightly engaged with the member to be engaged. The tight engagement is released, and a surface-pressure-drop location in the seal bead is detected based on a mark which remains on the pressure-sensitive medium after the release of the tight engagement. An additional welding position is determined in a rectangular area which is defined by four sides contacting a first structure closest to the surface-pressure-drop location and a second structure closest to the first structure to surround the first structure and the second structure.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a substrate integrated gasket that includes applying an adhesive agent onto a surface of the substrate in a pattern that corresponds to a configuration of the substrate integrated gasket, wherein the pattern of the adhesive agent includes a first section having dimensions that correspond to a length and width of substrate integrated gasket, a plurality of second sections that extend away from the first section, and third sections that do not include the adhesive agent. The third sections that do not include the adhesive agent define a passageway between a mold cavity to an exterior of the mold that is configured to expel a gas from the mold cavity during injection of a molding material into the mold cavity.

摘要: Provided is a structure in which an inserted article is easily inserted and a product is easily released from a die after molding. The structure includes a positioning mechanism which is vertically arranged on one split die, includes a positioning pin having a tapered distal end, and positions the inserted article by engaging the inserted article with the positioning pin, a stop mechanism that has a spring means assembled with the one split die and a stopper portion held by the spring means, and temporarily stops movement of the other split die when the other split die comes into contact with the stopper portion at the time of mold clamping, and a pressing mechanism that has a spring assembled with the other split die, a pusher pin, a spring assembled with the one split die, and a pusher pin, and elastically presses the inserted article by the pusher pin.

A first resin member is provided along the entire periphery of the cathode-side separator in the outer peripheral portion of the cathode-side separator. Surfaces of the cathode-side separator are provided with sealing parts that cover a part of the first resin member and constitute a first sealing member.

摘要: In order to achieve lower costs in a molding apparatus using a mold by reducing mold cleaning steps following releasing of the product from the mold and shortening the molding cycle, the apparatus is equipped with a plurality of fixed molds and movable molds which are heated to the temperature necessary to harden a molding material and come together by means of clamping to form a cavity, and a non-heated cold runner which supplies the molding material from an injection device to the interior of the cavity via a gate opened in the movable mold, the fixed molds and movable molds being movable between an injection stage where the injection device and cold runner (32) are present and an opening stage near the injection stage.
