Abstract: It is provided a method, comprising checking if a value of a main correlation identifier comprised in a first correlation message received from a first node and a value of the main correlation identifier comprised in a second correlation message received from a second node different from the first node are the same, wherein the first correlation message additionally comprises a first secondary correlation identifier, and the second correlation message additionally comprises a second secondary correlation identifier; and the method further comprises generating, if the value of the main correlation identifier comprised in the first correlation message and the value of the main correlation identifier comprised in the second correlation message are the same, a main correlation message comprising the first secondary correlation identifier.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for security of inter-nodal communication for VoiP lawful interception are provided. One method includes receiving, by an access node, at least one identity from an internet protocol multimedia system (IMS) node, the at least one identity used by the IMS node to intercept signaling messages, compiling a target list comprising the at least one identity, receiving a message from the IMS node when a session is established, wherein the message comprises an identity for each of the parties to the session, and comparing the identity for each of the parties to the session with the at least one identity in the target list.

Abstract: Various communication systems may benefit from the appropriate mechanisms for call handling. For example, certain internet protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) based emergency services networks may benefit from appropriate initiation of conference calls and of handling of transfers of such calls. A method can include establishing, at an egress node of a network, a media path between an ingress node of the network and the egress node. The method can also include determining that a conference call corresponding to the media path is being invoked. The method can further include contacting, by the egress node, a conference node to establish the conference call.

Abstract: Certain embodiments of the invention generally relate to lawful interception of communications for IP Multimedia System-based (IMS-based) voice over IP (VoIP). For example, some embodiments relate to interception of communications including interception for encrypted, transcoded media. A method may include identifying a network node that provides call content interception. The method may also include determining a codec type used at a location of the call content interception at the network node. The method may further include sending a matched codec of the codec type used at the location of the call content interception at the network node to a delivery function in the communications network.
