    Abstract: A method detecting at least one of a mobility failure and a respective successful handover; determining a type of the mobility failure, wherein the type of the mobility failure is determined in response to the detected mobility failure; generating mobility failure information indicative of one or more parameters associated with the type of mobility failure, wherein the mobility failure information is generated, at least in part, based on the determined type of the mobility failure; and providing the mobility failure information and/or successful handover information including, at least in part, one or more parameters associated with the respective successful handover, wherein mobility failure information and/or successful handover information enable a network to determine whether a root cause associated with at least one of a respective mobility failure information and a respective successful handover information is a misconfiguration of one or more parameters controlling L3 handover procedures or L1/2 inter-cell mobility.

    Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to QoE measurement collection in non-connected State. In an example method, a terminal device receives, from an access network device, a quality of experience (QoE) measurement collection (QMC) procedure configuration indicating whether a QMC procedure is to be continued when the terminal device enters into a non-connected state. Then, the terminal device logs, in a logging buffer, QMC logging data of the QMC procedure performed at the terminal device in the non-connected state based on determining that the QMC procedure configuration indicates that the QMC procedure is to be continued when the terminal device enters into the non-connected state. In this way, QMC data collected in a non-connected state can be stored in the logging buffer so that the needed QMC data collected during non-connected state can be maintained.

    Abstract: A UE may determine that at least one execution condition for performing handover from a source cell to a target cell is met and the target cell does not support at least one of a network slice or a service the UE requires; based on the determination, store information related to a radio environment associated with the UE; perform handover to the target cell; and transmit the stored information to the target cell after the handover. A target network node may receive the transmitted information; and provide the information to a source network node. The source network node may receive the information; and perform a root cause analysis for the handover execution of the user equipment based, at least partially, on the received information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of a proactive switch of vehicle-to-everything communication from a device-to-device connection to a connection routed by one or more network devices. In example embodiments, a first terminal device receives, from a second terminal device via a device-to-device connection, an indication of a decision to switch the device-to-device connection to a connection routed by at least one network device for communication with the second terminal device. Based on the received indication from the second terminal device, the first terminal device then determines proactive switching from the device-to-device connection to the routed connection to be performed. The first terminal device then sends a request to a first network device of the at least one network device to set up the routed connection, the request indicating a cause for the determined proactive switching.

    Abstract: A mechanism for enhancing service continuity for a serving node is described. The mechanism comprising, for each user equipment being served by the serving node, sending a report comprising measurements of neighbouring cells of the user equipment to the serving node. Upon receiving each report, said serving node is configured to determine at least one target cell for the user equipment, wherein said target cell is indicated by two different target cell identities. Said serving node is further configured to receive a notification from a control unit, notifying the serving node to be switched off; send a request to a control node linked to the serving node, wherein said request comprising, for each user equipment being served by the serving node, at least one target cell identity associated with the user equipment, an identity of the user equipment and its UE contexts; and send a message to each user equipment being served by the serving node, wherein said message comprising at least one another target cell identity associated with respective user equipment.
