摘要: There is provided an apparatus, computer program and method for causing a user equipment to perform: receiving, from an access network node, a grant of uplink resources for making an uplink transmission within a frequency band for data transmission; determining whether the apparatus is configured to obtain a signal for the uplink transmission by applying a frequency-domain spectrum shaping with spectrum extension operation to a baseband signal; and selecting an uplink power to be used for transmitting the uplink transmission in dependence on said whether the apparatus is configured to apply the frequency-domain spectrum shaping with spectrum extension operation.

摘要: Techniques are provided for facilitating channel estimation to mitigate cross-link interference between a base station in a first cell and at least one neighbor base station. In the context of a method performed by the base station, an indication for assistance information to support channel estimation is provided from the base station to at least one neighbor base station. The method also includes receiving assistance information from at least one neighbor base station. The method further includes causing a time-frequency muting pattern to be signaled to at least one user equipment in a first cell. The method also includes estimating an interference covariance matrix from an interfering link of the at least one neighbor base station based at least in part on the assistance information and estimating the desired signal based on the interference covariance matrix. Corresponding method, apparatus and computer-readable storage mediums are also provided for a base station.

摘要: Devices, methods and computer programs for client device operation mode indication are disclosed. A client device obtains a first indication indicating at least a time duration and at least a first period for repeating the time duration. A downlink control information, DCI, received within the indicated time duration includes a second indication indicating a second operation mode of the client device, and the second indication is not included when the DCI is received outside of the indicated time duration. In response to receiving, at the client device, the DCI from a network node device within the indicated time duration, the client device determines the second operation mode of the client device based on the received second indication, and applies the determined second operation mode of the client device.

摘要: Where large transport blocks are rate-matched and transmitted on each PUSCH segment using different redundancy versions (RVs), RV cycling with a small number of PUSCH segments might not cover the whole codeword, and/or rate-matching a large TBS across many PUSCH segments into the resource of a single PUSCH segment may lead to an effective coding rate of the self-decodable redundancy versions that is too high. To avoid these issues, the starting position of one or more RVs may be shifted by setting the starting position of a current RV to be the same as an ending position of a previous position, or by scaling the starting position by a value. Alternatively, these issues may be avoided by setting a new starting position for an RV based on the gap from the end of a previous RV to the start of a current RV.
