    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices, apparatuses and computer readable storage media for Uplink Control Information (UCI) design. The method comprises determining, at a terminal device, a matrix comprising a set of non-zero linear combination coefficients for quantizing a channel between the terminal device and a network device, the matrix having spatial components and frequency components; shifting the frequency components of the matrix circularly, such that a target coefficient of the set of non-zero linear combination coefficients is located in a frequency component with a predetermined index of the frequency components in a shifted matrix; generating a first indication indicating the spatial component associated with the target coefficient in the matrix; and transmitting, to the network device, uplink control information comprising the first indication. In this way, a new solution for designing the UCI may reduce the overhead for reporting the parameters in the UCI.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for event-triggered cross-link interference (CLI) measurement reporting. A method may include receiving a configuration with event triggered reporting from a network element. The configuration may specify criteria for triggering a cross-link interference measurement reporting. The method may also include performing cross-link interference measurements of at least one radio transmission on network configured resources based on the configuration. The method may further include determining whether the criteria has been satisfied based at least on a condition out of a set of conditions identified in the criteria. In addition, the method may include transmitting a measurement report of the cross-link interference measurements to the network element when the condition meets a predefined threshold.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer readable medium facilitate network control by allowing a base station to predict when power class fallback will occur in user equipment. In the context of a method, the method receives a message comprising information about at least one of a first power class or a maximum duty cycle associated with user equipment. The method determines, based on at least the first power class or the maximum duty cycle, a threshold duty cycle for the user equipment. The method causes the threshold duty cycle to be transmitted to the user equipment. The method determines an uplink transmission schedule for the user equipment based at least on the first power class or the maximum duty cycle. The method receives, from the user equipment, a report that the threshold duty cycle has been exceeded by the user equipment.
