Abstract:
A motor includes a housing including a housing base and a housing shaft portion that is provided on the housing base and extends in a direction along a rotation center axis, a motor stator that is disposed outward in a radial direction of the housing shaft portion, a motor rotor that is provided between the motor stator and the housing shaft portion, a bearing that is provided inward in a radial direction of the motor rotor and rotatably supports the motor rotor to the housing shaft portion, a sealing structure that is provided on an opposite side to the housing base in an axial direction of the motor rotor and seals between the motor rotor and the housing shaft portion, and a resolver that is configured to detect rotation of the motor rotor.
Abstract:
An electric motor (1) includes a wiring member (20a, 20b), an annular inner housing (10) disposed on an inner circumferential side of a stator (11), and a wiring fixing member (2) formed around the wiring member (20a, 20b). A longitudinal hole (recessed part) (10a, 10d) which opens to one end surface and extends in an axial direction is formed in an outer circumferential edge portion of the inner housing (10), and a level difference (locking part) (12) is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the longitudinal hole. When the wiring member (20a, 20b) is inserted through the longitudinal hole (10a, 10d), the wiring fixing member (2) is locked to the level difference.
Abstract:
In an optimal operation pattern selection method, a plurality of selectable motors is selected and an optimal operation pattern from among the motor operation pattern defined by positioning time to rotate a motor output shaft of the motor to rotate a load by a positioning angle and stop time to stop the motor output shaft is suggested. The optimal operation pattern selection method includes a comprehensive determination step of calculating a comprehensive determination result according to an adaptable item, and storing the comprehensive determination result linked to each of the motors; and a list display step of displaying a list of the motors to enable to receive selection of one of the motors, together with the comprehensive determination result stored in the comprehensive determination step.
Abstract:
Provided are a motor having a small number of parts and provided with waterproof performance in a low-cost method, and a positioning device and a conveyance device that are positioned and driven by the motor. The motor includes a columnar motor body that is formed with a center hole penetrating in an axial direction, and a housing for accommodating the motor body. The housing includes a cylindrical part that covers an outer peripheral surface of the motor body; a rotation output part provided on an upper side of the cylindrical part in the axial direction and fixed to rotary bodies of the motor body; and a fixed part provided on a lower side of the cylindrical part in the axial direction and fixed to fixed bodies of the motor body. The housing is sealed by a sealing mechanism at only one place of the cylindrical part in the axial direction.
