摘要: The present invention provides a composite magnetic core, containing magnetic powders poor in its moldability, which can be configured arbitrarily and has a magnetic characteristic excellent in direct current superimposition characteristics and a magnetic element composed of the composite magnetic core and a coil wound around the circumference thereof. A compressed magnetic body (2) obtained by compression-molding magnetic powders is combined with an injection-molded magnetic body (3) obtained by mixing a binding resin with magnetic powders having surfaces thereof electrically insulated and by injection-molding a mixture of the magnetic powders and the binding resin. The compressed magnetic body (2) is press-fitted into the injection-molded magnetic body (3) or bonded thereto at a combining portion thereof to obtain the combined body. The combined body is composed of the injection-molded magnetic body (3) constituting a housing in which the compressed magnetic body (2) is disposed.

摘要: There is provided a compression-bonded magnet with a case, which can realize high magnetic properties, high corrosion resistance and high durability strength even at low cost. The compression-bonded magnet with a case is a compression-bonded magnet with a case 1, comprising: a compression-bonded magnet 2 comprising a rare earth magnet powder such as an isotropic Nd—Fe—B magnet powder and a resin binder of a thermosetting resin; a case 3 for inserting the compression-bonded magnet 2; and a sealing member 4, wherein the compression-bonded magnet 2 is formed by compression-molding a mixture comprising the rare earth magnet powder and the resin binder into a green compact and curing the resin binder contained in the green compact, the rare earth magnet powder is contained in a large amount with respect to the entire compression-bonded magnet (for example, in a volume ratio of 85% to 90%), the sealing member 4 is fixed at an insertion opening part 3a of the case 3, and the compression-bonded magnet 2 is hermetically sealed by the sealing member 4 and the case 3.

摘要: The present invention provides a magnetic element in which iron loss-caused heat generation is restrained and which can be produced with a high productivity. The magnetic element has a magnetic body which allows a magnetic flux generated by a coil (4) to pass therethrough. The magnetic body is a combined body formed by combining two halves, of the magnetic body composed of the compression molded and injection molded bodies, obtained by bisection made in an axial direction of the coil with each other. A compression molded magnetic body (2) is disposed at a portion generating iron loss-caused heat to a high extent or a portion inferior in heat dissipation performance. An injection molded magnetic body (3) is disposed at a portion other than the portion where the compression molded magnetic body is disposed. The compression molded and injection molded magnetic bodies are combined with each other.

摘要: A magnetic encoder device (3) of the present invention includes a base portion (33) having a mounting surface (33b) for mounting to a rotary shaft (2), a cored bar (35) fitted and fixed over the base portion (33), and a double-row magnetic encoder track (30) formed on the cored bar (35). Through movement of each of magnetic poles of the magnetic encoder track (30) over a region opposed to a magnetic sensor (4), an angle of the rotating rotary shaft is detected. The base portion (33) is formed of a sintered metal, and the mounting surface (33b) is subjected to sizing.

摘要: The present invention provides a magnetic core part by which failures such as cracks do not occur even if the magnetic core part contains 90% by mass or more of an amorphous metal powder. The magnetic core part is formed by thermoset molding at least one magnetic powder selected from an amorphous metal powder alone and an amorphous metal powder coated with an insulating material, and a thermosetting binder resin. The magnetic core part contains the magnetic powder in an amount of 90% by mass or more and 99% by mass or less with respect to the total amount of the magnetic powder and the thermosetting binder resin.
