Abstract: There is provided a compression-bonded magnet with a case, which can realize high magnetic properties, high corrosion resistance and high durability strength even at low cost. The compression-bonded magnet with a case is a compression-bonded magnet with a case 1, comprising: a compression-bonded magnet 2 comprising a rare earth magnet powder such as an isotropic Nd—Fe—B magnet powder and a resin binder of a thermosetting resin; a case 3 for inserting the compression-bonded magnet 2; and a sealing member 4, wherein the compression-bonded magnet 2 is formed by compression-molding a mixture comprising the rare earth magnet powder and the resin binder into a green compact and curing the resin binder contained in the green compact, the rare earth magnet powder is contained in a large amount with respect to the entire compression-bonded magnet (for example, in a volume ratio of 85% to 90%), the sealing member 4 is fixed at an insertion opening part 3a of the case 3, and the compression-bonded magnet 2 is hermetically sealed by the sealing member 4 and the case 3.

Abstract: Provided is a compact inductor in which electric insulation between a coil and a core is ensured. The inductor includes a core, a bobbin, and a coil. The core has a middle portion extending in a direction, and two collar portions spreading radially outward from both respective ends of the portion in the direction. The bobbin has a cylindrical portion extending in the direction and fitted to an outer periphery of the portion. The coil is wound on the portion via the portion. The bobbin further includes flange portions extending from both respective ends of the portion, each portion separating the corresponding portion from the coil, and a positioning portion located at a radially inner side with respect to a radially outer end of the portion. The positioning portion faces the corresponding portion, and projects toward and abuts the corresponding portion.

Abstract: The present invention provides a magnetic core which can be produced with improved productivity without increasing a material cost and has required magnetic and mechanical properties and a process for producing the same. The magnetic core is produced by compression molding and thereafter thermally hardening iron-based soft magnetic powder having resin films formed on surfaces of particles thereof. The resin film is an uncured resin film formed by dry mixing the iron-based soft magnetic powder and epoxy resin containing a latent curing agent with each other at a temperature not less than a softening temperature of the epoxy resin and less than a thermal curing starting temperature thereof. The iron-based soft magnetic powder having the resin films formed on the surfaces of the particles thereof is compression molded by using a die to produce a compression molded body. The compression molded body having the resin films formed on the surfaces of the particles thereof is thermally hardened at a temperature not less than the thermal curing starting temperature of the epoxy resin.

Abstract: The present invention provides a magnetic element in which iron loss-caused heat generation is restrained and which can be produced with a high productivity. The magnetic element has a magnetic body which allows a magnetic flux generated by a coil (4) to pass therethrough. The magnetic body is a combined body formed by combining two halves, of the magnetic body composed of the compression molded and injection molded bodies, obtained by bisection made in an axial direction of the coil with each other. A compression molded magnetic body (2) is disposed at a portion generating iron loss-caused heat to a high extent or a portion inferior in heat dissipation performance. An injection molded magnetic body (3) is disposed at a portion other than the portion where the compression molded magnetic body is disposed. The compression molded and injection molded magnetic bodies are combined with each other.

The combined body is composed of the injection-molded magnetic body (3) constituting a housing in which the compressed magnetic body (2) is disposed.
