摘要： Disclosed herein are a cell chip and a method of fabricating the same. The cell chip includes a cell-adhesivecell-adhesive layer disposed on a substrate. Photocrosslinked polymer barriers are disposed on the cell-adhesivecell-adhesive layer. The photocrosslinked polymer barriers may serve to restrict and grow cells only on the cell-adhesivecell-adhesive layer exposed between the barriers. Therefore, a cell growth direction may be precisely controlled. In addition, the photocrosslinked polymer barrier has a pattern formed by light, and simplifies a process of fabricating a cell chip.

摘要： Provided is a voltage sensitive dye represented by Formula 7. Through connection of an electron donor with an electron acceptor by a triple bond, the voltage sensitive dye has a lower free rotation rate in molecular structures of the electron donor and the electron acceptor (e.g., photoisomerization), and thus fluorescence efficiency and voltage sensitivity to external electron stimulation can be improved.

摘要： Provided are an apparatus and a method for recoding neuronal signals. The apparatus may include a substrate with an electrode region, a plurality of stimulation electrodes arranged on the electrode region to have a specific arrangement, and at least one recording electrode provided between adjacent ones of the stimulation electrodes and attached with an axon of the neuronal cell. Each of the stimulation electrodes may be attached with a body of a neuronal cell.
