摘要: A system and apparatus for controlling the operation of a vibrating compressor using a predetermined frequency corresponding to the load thereof, comprising a first sensor for detecting a temperature of pressure corresponding to the saturated vapor pressure of a refrigerant sucked by a vibrating compressor, a second sensor for detecting a temperature or pressure corresponding to the saturated vapor pressure of the refrigerant compressed and discharged by the compressor, and a control section for generating a drive power of a predetermined frequency based on the temperatures and pressures detected by the first and second sensors, and characterized in that the compressor is driven by a drive power generated by the control section. In the present invention, the operation of the vibrating compressor can be controlled at the maximum efficiency by relating the frequency of an alternating current power fed to the vibrating compressor with the suction temperature or pressure and the discharge temperature of pressure of the refrigerant.

摘要: A vibrating compressor having a housing with an inner tube and an outer tube formed concentrically. The inner tube is connected with the outer tube via an end plate. The end plate being disposed at one axial end of the inner tube and the outer tube to form a housing closed end and a housing open end. A permanent magnet is fitted to an inner circumferential surface of the outer tube. A driving coil is provided in a gap between the permanent magnet and the inner tube. A cylinder is fitted into an inside of the inner tube and a hollow piston equipped with a valve is inserted into the cylinder. The hollow piston is connected to the driving coil via a bobbin and is supported by support springs in such a manner as to perform reciprocating motion. A cylinder head connected to the housing forms a compression chamber at an end of the cylinder and compressed fluid is discharged from the compression chamber by the reciprocating motion of the piston. First and second cover plates are disposed at opposite ends of the housing to form a sealed container with the housing.

摘要: In a structure in which a refrigerator including a compressor and a condenser each constituting a portion of a refrigerating unit and mounted to an outer surface of a rear wall of a refrigerator body is mounted to a stationary support wall in such a manner that the refrigerator body is accommodated in an accommodating recess provided in the support wall, an intake passage into which air can be drawn through a front end thereof, an exhaust passage from which the air can be discharged through a front end thereof, and a communication passage connecting rear ends of the intake passage and the exhaust passage to each other and having the compressor and the condenser accommodated therein, are defined between an inner surface of the accommodating recess and the refrigerator body. A fan for drawing air from the intake passage and discharging the air into the exhaust passage is mounted to the rear wall of the refrigerator body and accommodated in the communication passage. Thus, the aesthetic appearance of the refrigerator can be enhanced, and the compressor and the condenser can be cooled sufficiently.

摘要: A vibration type compressor related to the present invention, in which a compressor main body 3 is built into a gastight vessel 2 including a yoke 7-1, a magnetic path member 7 formed from a column-shaped core pole 7-2, a permanent magnet 12 arranged in the magnetic path, an electromagnetic coil 14 which is arranged within an annular magnetic gap 13 between the magnetic path members 7 by being supported by a mechanical vibration system to as to be able to vibrate and is wound around a lead plate to perform the connection treatment of a terminal thereof, a piston 16 connected to the electromagnetic coil 14, and a cylinder block 8 which closes the yoke 7-1 and in the interior of which is formed the cylinder portion 17 housing the piston 16, characterized in that the permanent magnet 12 is formed from a neodymium magnet or a rare-earth magnet and in that the cylindrical permanent magnet 12 is divided into four parts in the axial direction thereof, the four-part divided magnet being bonded and fixed to the side of the core pole 7-2, whereby the vibration type compressor is miniaturized and its efficiency is increased.

摘要: A refrigerating device having an inverter circuit for generating alternating voltage, a vibrating compressor to which the alternating voltage from the inverter circuit is supplied, a condenser to which the refrigerant compressed by the compressor is supplied, a capillary tube provided on the downstream side of the condenser and an evaporator provided on the downstream side of the capillary tube, wherein a phase control circuit for controlling the phase of the alternating voltage supplied to the compressor in accordance with ambient temperature of the refrigerating device and/or the evaporator temperature is provided to cause the piston stroke of the vibrating compressor to be reduced in accordance with decreases in ambient temperature of the refrigerating device and/or the evaporator temperature so as to prevent unwanted damage to the compressor.
