摘要： The present invention provides a conductive polymer suspension for providing a conductive polymer material having high conductivity and a method for producing the same, and particularly provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR and a method for producing the same. In an emulsion comprising a dopant of a low molecular organic acid or a salt thereof, obtained by emulsifying a monomer providing a conductive polymer, using a nonionic surfactant, in a water, the monomer is subjected to chemical oxidative polymerization, using an oxidant, to synthesize a conductive polymer. The obtained conductive polymer is purified, and then, the purified conductive polymer and an oxidant are mixed in an aqueous solvent containing a polyacid component to produce a conductive polymer suspension.

摘要： Provided are an electroconductive polymer suspension solution and a method for producing the same, which has excellent adhesion to a substrate and excellent liquid resistance and which can provide an organic material having high electroconductivity. An electroconductive polymer suspension solution of an exemplary embodiment of the invention contains an electroconductive polymer, at least one kind of a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol, and at least one kind of a water-soluble organic substance having two or more functional groups which can be polycondensed with the water-soluble polyhydric alcohol. The electroconductive polymer suspension solution can be produced by collecting an electroconductive polymer which is obtained by chemical oxidative polymerization of a monomer giving the electroconductive polymer by using an oxidant in a solvent containing an organic acid or a salt thereof as a dopant, by contacting the electroconductive polymer with an oxidant in an aqueous solvent containing a polyacid, and further by mixing at least one kind of a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol and at least one kind of a water-soluble organic substance having two or more functional groups which can be polycondensed with the water-soluble polyhydric alcohol.

摘要： In a solid electrolytic capacitor whose cathode is formed by forming an oxide film 2 on an anode-body valve-action metal 1, and forming a conductive polymer layer 3, a graphite layer 4, and a silver layer 5 in succession on the oxide film, the conductive polymer layer 3 contains a sulfonic acid ester compound. In this way, a solid electrolytic capacitor having a low ESR and an excellent moisture resistance and its manufacturing method can be provided.

摘要： An exemplary embodiment of the invention provides an electroconductive polymer composition having high electroconductivity which is suitable for a solid electrolytic capacitor, and provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR as well as low leakage current (LC). In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, an electroconductive polymer composition having high electroconductivity is formed by drying an electroconductive polymer suspension solution which comprises a polyanion having a cross-linked structure, an electroconductive polymer, and a solvent. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR as well as low LC is obtained by using the electroconductive polymer composition for a solid electrolyte layer that is an electroconductive polymer layer.

The electrically conductive polymer composition is produced by removing a dispersion medium from an electrically conductive polymer suspension, wherein the electrically conductive polymer suspension includes: an electrically conductive polymer material including a dopant composed of a polyacid or a salt thereof and an electrically conductive polymer; at least one compound (A) selected from erythritol, xylitol and pentaerythritol; and the dispersion medium.
