    摘要: An aromatic polycarbonate resin composition including 100 parts by mass of a polycarbonate resin (A) containing an aromatic polycarbonate resin (a-1) and/or a silicone-copolymerized polycarbonate (a-2), and 0.01 to 30 parts by mass of a nanoporous carbon (B). A molded body of the resin composition is also provided. The aromatic polycarbonate resin composition has improved flame retardancy, moisture resistance and stability at a high temperature molding stage because of the addition of the nanoporous carbon to the polycarbonate resin containing an aromatic polycarbonate and/or a silicone-copolymerized polycarbonate, and is suitably used as, for example, a casing for OA appliances, electric and electronic appliances or communication appliances.

    摘要: The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition containing (A) a resin mixture including (a-1) a polycarbonate resin in an amount of 45 to 97% by mass and (a-2) a fatty acid polyester in an amount of 55 to 3 % by mass, and (B) a rubber-like elastomer in an amount of 0.5 to 20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin mixture, wherein component (B) is dispersed in an interface between ingredient (a-1) and ingredient (a-2) or in domains of ingredient (a-2). The composition has high impact characteristics and high fluidity and overcomes appearance defects such as pearl-like gloss and jetting marks.

    摘要: There is provided an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition having excellent flame retardancy, mechanical properties and fluidity and affording a thin-walled molded article.The aromatic polycarbonate resin composition includes a resin component containing (A) 90 to 99.5% by mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and (B) 10 to 0.5% by mass of a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer, and, compounded in 100 parts by mass of the resin component, (C) 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of a bisphenol type epoxy compound and (D) 0.05 to 2 parts by mass of polytetrafluoroethylene capable of forming fibrils, wherein the polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer in the resin composition has a dispersion average particle diameter of 0.1 to 1.0 μm. The molded article has a section with a thickness of 1 mm or less and is obtainable by molding the aromatic polycarbonate resin composition.

    摘要: The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition comprising 100 mass parts of a polycarbonate resin composition comprising 50 to 95 mass % of (A) a polycarbonate resin and 50 to 5 mass % of (B) a polylactic acid based resin and 5 to 65 mass parts of (C) a vinyl based graft copolymer. The above thermoplastic resin composition comprising the polycarbonate resin and the lactic acid based resin and endowed with a mechanical characteristic of polycarbonate and an excellent fluidity of polylactic acid in combination is improved in a hydrolysis resistance and provides a molded article further improved in an impact resistance and a thin-walled falling weight impact strength. A rise in the above characteristics makes it possible to use the plastic molded articles over a long period of time, and not only the thin-walled molding property and the portability are improved, but also the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention can industrially advantageously be used as well for large-sized molded articles. In the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention, use of the polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer as the polycarbonate resin component makes it possible to improve as well the flame retardancy and advantageously use the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention for office automation equipments, information and communication equipments, car parts, building components, home electric appliances and the like.
