The pointing device is configured to output a movement instruction signal for moving a cursor on a display in an instructed direction and includes: a pointing stick; a cursor movement including a +X sensor, −X sensor, +Y sensor and −Y sensor configured to sense a cursor movement instruction signal for instructing the cursor to move in +X direction, −X direction, +Y direction and −Y direction, respectively, according to an operation to the pointing stick; and a stick Z direction operation detector configured to determine that an instruction signal according to an operation to the pointing stick is different from the cursor movement instruction signals when each of outputs from the +X sensor, −X sensor, +Y and −Y sensor is changed by a corresponding predetermined first threshold value or greater within a predetermined time period.

The device includes a cursor movement measuring unit configured to measure a measurement value corresponding to a movement amount of a cursor on a display every certain time, a cursor deceleration determination unit configured to subtract an N-th measurement value from an (N−1)-th measurement value of the cursor movement measuring unit, and configured to determine that the cursor is being decelerated if the subtracted value is greater than a predetermined threshold value, wherein N is a natural number. When the number of successive times that the subtracted value is greater than the predetermined threshold value exceeds a predetermined number of times, the cursor deceleration determination unit generates an instruction signal for at least further decelerating a movement of the cursor than a cursor movement deceleration speed that a user instructs.

The metal base and the first conductor consist of a common base material, such as a stainless-steel plate. The first conductor is formed by etching the base material.

    摘要: An electrostatic spraying device has a removable cartridge with a reservoir containing a volume of liquid compositions to be electrically sprayed. The device includes a nozzle for dispensing the liquid and an emitter electrode disposed adjacent to the nozzle for charging the liquid composition just being dispensed from the nozzle. A field electrode surrounds the reservoir in order to charge the liquid composition within the reservoir, thereby avoiding an occurrence of electric current which would deteriorate the composition remaining in the reservoir. The reservoir is at least partially made of deformable material such that the reservoir is capable of receiving pressure to deform and thus supply the liquid composition out of the reservoir. Thus, the reservoir can be designed into a simple and compact structure, thereby providing an increased liquid containing volume in relation to the bulk of the removable cartridge.

    摘要: An electrostatic spraying device has a capability of confirming that the device is ready for making an electrostatic spraying of the liquid composition on a user's skin. The device includes a nozzle and a pump for dispensing the liquid composition out through the nozzle. An emitter electrode is disposed to electrostatically charge the liquid composition being dispensed for making the electrostatic spraying. The device is provided with a power switch and a selector for selection between a spraying mode and a dripping mode. In the dripping mode, the pump is alone actuated to dispense the liquid composition absent electrostatic charge. In the spraying mode, both of the pump and the emitter electrode are activated to make the electrostatic spraying. Thus, the user can be easy to drip the liquid composition by simply manipulating the selector prior to initiating the electrostatic spraying.

The hair cutter body has side surfaces disposed along a direction of thickness. The hair cutting portion includes a comb-like fixed blade and a comb-like movable blade reciprocating relative to the comb-like fixed blade. The comb portion holder has at least one supporting member fitted on and rotatably attached to the side surface. The comb portion holder is allowed to rotate in a plane parallel to the side surfaces so that the comb portion is capable of changing its position between a comb-use-position where the comb portion covers the hair cutting portion and a non-comb-use-position where the comb portion is placed at the other end of the hair cuter body with the hair cutting portion exposed.

    摘要: Three-position solenoid valve which outputs an output pressure and can adopt exhaust, overlapping and supply positions. The output pressure is detected by an output pressure sensor and is fed back to a fuzzy control unit. Based on the difference between the output pressure and the command pressure corresponding to the pressure command signal from the brake control unit, such fuzzy control unit calculates a command current value for controlling the three-position solenoid valve by fuzzy reasoning. The command current value can adopt an essentially continuous value, and consequently the three-position solenoid valve can adopt a gentle exhaust state or a gentle supply state. In this way, sudden changes in the output pressure can be suppressed and the output pressure can be made to converge rapidly on the command pressure and eliminate overshoot and undershoot.
