摘要: A dehumidifying tower having a washing section, a flash-distilling section, and a condensing section. In the washing section, exhaust gas is washed with a cooling liquid to remove at least a portion of solid dust entrained in the exhaust gas, cool the exhaust gas, and condense at least a portion of moisture in the exhaust gas into liquid. The flash-distilling section flash-distills the cooling liquid used in the washing section to produce a cooled cooling liquid and a cooling liquid vapor. Cooling liquid produced by flash-distillation enters the washing section. The flash-distilling section is in gas-phase isolation from the washing section. The condensing section condenses the cooling liquid vapor produced by flash-distillation. The condensing section is configured to be in gas-phase communication with and liquid-phase isolation from the flash-distilling section, and be in both gas-phase and liquid-phase isolation from the washing section.

摘要: Provided are a separation tower and method for treating condensed water. In order to overcome the defects that an apparatus has high investment and energy consumption and requires high safety due to the need to use an organic phase as an extractant, the present disclosure provides a separation tower for treating condensed water. The water separation tower includes a tower body. Evaporation units for purifying the condensed water are disposed in the tower body. A final-effect condensation unit is disposed below the evaporation units and connected with a vacuum pump. The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: 1) the gravity is used, thereby omitting an intermediate pump and saving the power cost and a matching control system; 2) a pressure difference between every two effect evaporation units is designed, and heat energy provided by a first-effect evaporation unit is continuously evaporated to achieve separation, so that subsequent effect evaporation units do not require external heat sources; and 3) the degree of integration is high, the sealing property is good, a vacuum is easy to realize, a subsequent vacuum system is small, the energy consumption is low, a device is small in occupied area, the construction and installation cost is low, and the operation is simple.

摘要: The present invention relates to a rotary pressure filter testing apparatus, a testing method and a design method thereof. The apparatus comprises a stabilizer tank; a buffer tank connected to the stabilizer tank; a filter frame disposed beneath the buffer tank, and connected to the buffer tank; a liquid receiving tank disposed beneath the filter frame; an electronic balance disposed at bottom of the liquid receiving tank; and a seconds counter. The testing method is to add a certain amount of calculated testing tank into the filter frame, then introduce a gas with a certain pressure into the stabilizer tank, fill the filter frame through the buffer tank, then open a valve at bottom of the filter frame, measure a mass of discharged mother liquid in the filter frame, measure time of the filtering process, and sample and analyze the filtered filter cake and the mother liquid according to actual needs; subsequently, perform cleaning and drying processes sequentially according to such method. The present invention largely reduces the testing costs, and meanwhile, actual working conditions can be simulated more accurately, thereby obtaining accurate and reliable design data.
