    摘要: A connection body (41), of a connector for a towing vehicle, to be connected to a wire harness of a to-be-towed object and a connection body (42) of the connector to be connected to a wire harness of a towing vehicle body are approximately cylindrical. Terminals (32, 33) inside the connection bodies (41, 42) are composed of a common metal piece (31). The connector is connected to a wire harness (35) of the towing vehicle body not by using an exclusive cylindrical connector but by directly connecting a core wire to the terminal (32). To prevent water from penetrating into the connector, an O-ring (38), a sealing medium (57), and a rubber plug (59) are mounted on the connector. A protector (37) is installed on an insertion portion of the wire harness (35) of the towing vehicle body into the housing (30).

The body (43) of each of the female terminal fittings (41) is disposed partly in the thin part (22) and partly in the thick part (23).

    摘要: A head module includes a nozzle sheet, a wiring board, and a module frame having a plurality of head-chip positioning holes formed therein, and a head chip including an electrode. The head chip is disposed in each head-chip positioning hole. The nozzle sheet is disposed on a first surface of the module frame so as to partially cover the head-chip positioning hole. The size of the nozzle sheet is set to a minimum size required for partially covering the head-chip positioning hole. The head chip is disposed from a second surface of the module frame. The electrode is exposed through an area of the head-chip positioning hole not covered by the nozzle sheet. An electrode of the wiring board is electrically connected to the electrode of the head chip and the wiring board is disposed on the first surface of the module frame so as to cover the exposed electrode.

    摘要: A plug cap freely mountable on or removable from an elongated bore, especially for a spark plug in internal combustion engines or the like. The plug cap is provided with a rain cover, seal, and a pipe-holding portion. The latter has, on its internal face, a circular groove and a plurality of protrusions projecting radially inwardly. These grooves and protrusions, and the deflection thereof on insertion into the bore, give elasticity to the seal and to the pipe-holding portion. When the plug cap is pressed into the bore, there is no curling up of the pipe-holding portion, thereby ensuring a reliable seal. After insertion, the protrusions of the pipe-holding portion, which are formed integrally with the seal, are pressed against the external face of the ignition pipe, so that the latter can be held more reliably.
