摘要： Disclosed is a BGA connector assembly including an insulative housing (11) with a plurality of terminals (15) in electrical connection with corresponding solder balls (3) that extend from a surface of the housing. The solder balls form a soldering region (30) for attachment to a printed circuit board. The whole electrical connector assembly has a center of gravity biased from a center of the soldering region, and at least one recess (111) is formed in the housing. The at least one recess prevents the connector assembly from becoming inclined with respect to the printed circuit board when the solder balls are attached to the printed circuit board.

摘要： Disclosed is a LGA socket connector including an insulative housing (2), a stiffener (3), a clip (4), and a lever (5) defining thereof a driving portion (50) and a locking portion (52) linked thereto. The stiffener is configured to grasp a periphery of the housing. The clip and the locking portion of the lever are essentially pivotally moved about longitudinal ends of the housing respectively, but with the driving portion disposed adjacent one transverse side of the housing. At least one of the clip and the stiffener is provided with a recessed region (300) adjacent said transverse side of the housing, thereby preventing the whole connector from becoming inclined when the connector is horizontally locked and placed on the printed circuit board.

The apparatus comprises: a memory, a computer-working-environment software and one identification code. The identification code is stored in the memory, and the computer-working-environment software installed in the computer needs to verify the identification code from the connected computer-working-environment apparatus to activate the apparatus. In the process, as the computer-working-environment apparatus is connected to the first computer, the computer-working-environment software can store a plurality of data relevant to the first “working environment” as presented by the first computer; subsequently, when the computer-working-environment apparatus is connected to the second computer, the data will be read and then input into the second computer so that the second computer can be operated as in the “working environment” of the first computer.

The contact includes a retention portion to secure the contact in the dielectric housing. The retention portion defines at least one through hole in the center. 摘要： An LGA connector (1) comprises a housing (11) for receiving a number of contacts (12), a stiffener (13) partly covering and reinforcing the housing. The stiffener comprises a pair of lateral sides (130), a front end (131) and a rear end (132), and a central cavity (133) disposed therebetween. The sides, the front end and the rear end each define a bottom wall (134) thereof, thereby around the central cavity. A plurality of separately and uniformly protrusions (135) is formed on a bottom surface of the bottom wall. The protrusion and the bottom wall are integrally formed as a single piece by stamping. Thus, the connector is soldered on a circuit board (3) via solder balls (16, 17) on the contacts and the protrusions, thereby preventing the connector from inclining downwardly during in reflow process because of the connecting force between the connector and the board increased.

The coil spring is attached to the operational lever and rotates under force from the operational lever, and the retention clip is tightly fastened on the projection, thereby the operational lever can only be retained in a first position or a second position.
