Abstract: An AD converter includes: an integration unit that uses an input voltage as an initial value and repeats an operation of integrating one or both of two types of unit voltages with the input voltage, thereby generating an integrated voltage; a switching threshold voltage unit that includes two types of threshold voltages causing the operation of integrating to be terminated; a comparator that compares the integrated voltage with the threshold voltages; an integration determination unit that, before the operation of integrating is started, causes the comparator to compare the input voltage with a rough adjustment threshold voltage corresponding to a larger one of the unit voltages; a unit voltage switching control unit that, when the rough adjustment threshold voltage is larger than the input voltage, controls the integration unit to generate the integrated voltage by using the two types of unit voltages; and a single unit voltage control unit that, when the rough adjustment threshold voltage is smaller than the input voltage, controls the integration unit to generate the integrated voltage by using only a smaller one of the unit voltages.

Abstract: Relay terminals each transmit to a control device a packet received from a wireless sensor and a reception strength for short range wireless communication detected when receiving the packet, and return a response to the packet to a transmission source wireless sensor from which the packet is transmitted only when a response instruction is issued from the control device, and the control device compares reception strengths for a same packet that is transmitted from a same wireless sensor and received by each of the plurality of relay terminals among the reception strengths received from the relay terminals, transmits the response instruction only to one target relay terminal with the highest reception strength, and performs relay transfer of sensor data stored in a packet received by the target relay terminal to a host apparatus.

Abstract: A sensor control circuit periodically transmits packets in synchronism with a one-by-one monotonous change in count values from a real-time clock circuit. The count values repeat the change within a predetermined numerical value range. The sensor control circuit transmits the count values by adding them to the packets. A collection control circuit acquires values of a reference clock synchronized with a reference time of an upper network from a reference clock generation circuit in accordance with reception of the packets, stores the values in a storage circuit as time stamps representing arrival times of the packets, performs statistical processing of the time stamps and the count values concerning the packets received, and corrects the time stamps based on an packet transmission interval and a reference arrival time representing the arrival time of a head packet, which are obtained from the statistical processing.
