摘要: Methods, devices, and computer program products concerning accommodating ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC) traffic by making a determination of which mobile broadband (MBB) user equipment (UE) to puncture, where in response to an indication that URLLC traffic needs to be scheduled in the midst of ongoing MBB transmissions in a wireless communications network, the determination is made from a plurality of MBB UEs with the ongoing MBB transmissions, of a set of the plurality scheduled for transmission in a slot required by the URLLC traffic. From that set of MBB UEs, a subset of MBB UEs for puncturing is chosen, where that choice is made at least in relation to accommodating a reliability constraint of the URLLC traffic, maximizing a sum proportional fairness metric of the plurality of MBB UEs, and minimizing a block error rate in a computation of a proportional fairness metric for each UE of the subset.

摘要: A method, apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided for radio link adaptation. In an example implementation, the method may include a user equipment receiving a channel quality report configuration from a network node, the channel quality report configuration including a first transport block size. The method may further include determining a channel quality indicator based at least on the first transport block size and transmitting the channel quality indicator to the network node. In another example implementation, the method may include a network node determining a first transport block size, the first transport block size being a target transport block size, and transmitting a channel quality report configuration to a user equipment, the channel quality report configuration including the first transport block size. The method may further include receiving a channel quality indicator from the user equipment, the channel quality indicator determined at the user equipment based at least on the first transport block size transmitted from the network node.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for estimating the reliability and/or latency of a transmission in communication systems are provided. One method may include identifying at least one user equipment requiring dual connectivity or multi connectivity support. The method may then include configuring, by an anchor network node, at least one secondary network node to serve as a duplication set for the at least one user equipment. The duplication set may include one or more secondary network nodes that are capable of transmission of a duplicated packet to at least one user equipment. The method may also include receiving, from the at least one secondary network node, estimates of supported latency and reliability for the at least one user equipment. The configuring may include selecting the duplication set that minimizes a probability of outage and minimizes latency of the transmission of the duplicated packet to at least one user equipment.

摘要: A base station in a wireless network receives, from a UE in the wireless network, a message indicating the UE requests a gap for the UE to perform self-calibration of full-duplex communication. The base station determines the gap for the UE to use to perform the self-calibration of full duplex communication and sends indication of the gap toward the user equipment. The UE sends a message indicating the UE requests a gap in order for the UE to perform self-calibration of full duplex calibration. The UE receives, from the base station, indication of the gap. The UE performs the self-calibration of full duplex calibration using the gap.
