    摘要: A fluid dispensing apparatus includes an actuator body with an actuator and a valve stem coupled for movement with the actuator, and a fluid body having a fluid chamber capable of fluid communication with an outlet. The valve stem is adapted to extend from the actuator body into the fluid chamber for dispensing fluid from the fluid chamber through the outlet. A quick connect member is provided to selectively fully engage and disengage a first coupling element on the actuator body with a second coupling element on the fluid body, to connect and disconnect the actuator body and the fluid body with respect to each other. The quick connect member advantageously connects or disconnects these bodies without requiring disassembly or dismounting of the bodies from other elements associated with the fluid dispensing apparatus, with a simple manual movement such as a sliding linear continuous movement.

    摘要: A jetting dispenser includes an actuator with a piezoelectric unit that lengthens by a first distance in response to an applied voltage, and an amplifier operatively coupled to the piezoelectric unit. The amplifier includes first and second ends and the second end moves through a second distance, larger than the first distance under the applied voltage. First and second springs are positioned on opposite sides of the piezoelectric unit. The springs are coupled to the piezoelectric unit in a manner that maintains the piezoelectric unit under constant compression. A fluid body includes a movable shaft operatively coupled with the second end of the amplifier and includes a fluid bore and an outlet orifice. The movable shaft is moved by the second end of the amplifier under the applied voltage and jets an amount of fluid from the fluid bore through the outlet orifice.

The nozzle includes a nozzle body, a dispersion baffle, and at least one channel. The dispersion baffle is positioned within the gas passage to define a dispersion chamber and a consolidation chamber. The at least one channel extends through the dispersion baffle to fluidly connect the dispersion chamber to the consolidation chamber to restrict the pressurized gas received within the dispersion chamber and distribute the pressurized gas into the consolidation chamber according to a predetermined flow distribution. Thereby, the pressurized gas sprays a plurality of droplets of the liquid adhesive according to a predetermined pattern.
