    摘要： An ultrasonic treatment apparatus comprises an endoscope having an insertion portion to be inserted in a body cavity, and a treatment unit having an ultrasonic vibrator which generates ultrasonic vibrations, and a treatment portion which performs treatment by utilizing the ultrasonic vibrations generated by the ultrasonic vibrator. The ultrasonic treatment apparatus further comprises a treatment unit holding portion, which is provided in a distal end portion of the insertion portion and to which the treatment unit is attached, a cable which transmits an electric signal to the ultrasonic vibrator, and at least one bundle member which bundles the insertion portion and the cable.

    摘要： A treatment apparatus to treat a tissue in a body cavity is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a base disposed in the vicinity of a tip-end portion of an endoscope, and an in-tissue inserting portion including a base end supported by the base and a tip end insertable in the tissue in the body cavity in a direction substantially parallel to the surface of the tissue, and extending to the tip end from the base end in a tapered shape. The in-tissue inserting portion has an inner side disposed in the vicinity of the surface of the tissue when inserted into the tissue. The apparatus further comprises a high-frequency electrode, for treating the tissue, supported by the base and disposed in the vicinity of the inner side of the in-tissue inserting portion, and a cable which supplies power to the high-frequency electrode from a high-frequency power source outside the body.

    摘要： The present invention provides an industrially advantageous method for producing an unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified vinyl alcohol polymer, and a gas barrier film obtained by using the same. In summary of the present invention, the present invention is a method for producing a solution containing at least an unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified vinyl alcohol polymer characterized by reacting a vinyl alcohol polymer and an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound in the presence of an acid catalyst soluble in the reaction system or a solid acid catalyst, and a gas barrier film obtained by using the same, and an example of a representative constitution thereof is a method for producing a solution (A) containing an unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified vinyl alcohol polymer (b), the method comprising following two steps of: (1) a reaction step in which the unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified vinyl alcohol polymer (b) is formed by reacting a vinyl alcohol polymer and an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound (a) in the presence of an acid catalyst soluble in the reaction system; and (2) an ion exchange step in which at least the acid catalyst of acidic compounds is removed by an anion exchange resin.
