    摘要: A process for manufacturing tomato juice which retains less amount of compounds giving out a green odor by heating crushed tomatoes rapidly to 60.degree.-85.degree. C., particularly at a heating rate of 4.degree. C./sec or higher, holding the heated tomatoes at the above temperature for 2-15 minutes, more heating them to over 85.degree. C. and then extracting the juice, where the above heating conditions are also used for pretreatment of tomatoes for recoverying natural tomato essence followed by collecting vapors containing tomato aroma components, often by flashing tomatoes in a vacuum tank, rectifying the vapor and condensing the aroma components, often by a condenser.

    摘要: Refining with the requirements that a mixing rate of powder ore to lump ore is prepared in the range of 20 to 50%, the amount of SiO.sub.2 in the charging raw materials is readjusted to which the amount of SiO.sub.2 in the slag is in the range of 35 to 45% and impedance of volt-ampere between the electrode and the bottom of furnace is more than 1.6 .times. 10.sup..sup.-3.OMEGA. carbon-unsaturated system ferro-chromium of which both S and Si are low can be easily and stably obtained without desulfurizing out of the furnace.

    摘要: The device disclosed herein has a construction such that when a vehicle in motion is brought to a stop by depression of a foot brake, a lock engaging means thereof functions to lock a brake operating rod with the foot brake kept in the depressed state. When the headlights of the moving vehicle are turned on, the actuation of the lock engaging means automatically causes the headlights to be turned off and small lamps (parking lights) to be turned on instead. When the lock engaging means is released in preparation for starting the vehicle, the brake operating rod is released and the headlights are turned on again and the parking lights are turned off.
