摘要： A delivery control central device installed in a lead car of a train delivers video information including moving image information and still image information to a delivery control terminal device of each subsequent car via an inter-car transmission path. The video information is delivered based on video content and a content display schedule that are both wirelessly received from a ground station through a transceiver device. The delivery control terminal device of each car is sequentially connected to the delivery control terminal device of an adjacent car, sequentially delivers the delivered video information to the adjacent car, and delivers the delivered video information to a video output device via an in-car transmission path inside its own car. A video output device generates video signals from the delivered video information, outputs the video signals to a display device, and displays the video signals by the display device.

The communication relay devices rewrite position information from the position-information distribution device to vehicle information indicating positions of vehicles that are provided with the communication relay devices and transfer rewritten information. The terminal devices include an IP-address correspondence table in which IP addresses that are set so as not to overlap with each other for respective types of the terminal devices and are to be used while corresponding to the vehicle information and connection destination information of the terminal devices correspond to each other. IP addresses to be allocated to the terminal devices are decided on the basis of the correspondence table and the vehicle information from the communication relay devices.

When the first apparatus and the first switch device are not communicatively connected to each other or when the second apparatus cannot communicate with the first apparatus via the apparatus network, the second apparatus cancels the disconnected state with the second switch device.
