    摘要: A system for implantation in an eye of a patient includes a flow device sized for implantation into the eye of the patient. The flow device includes a fluid flow passageway and a flow system. The flow system may include a regulator having a magnetic element, and may be displaceable in the fluid flow passageway to affect flow through the fluid flow passageway. The system may also include a control device physically separate from the flow device and configured to be disposed outside the eye, the control device comprising an actuator magnetic field generator configured to act on the magnetic element to adjust the regulator in the flow system to selectively adjust flow through the flow device in response to changes in intraocular pressure.

    摘要: An IOP monitoring device for implantation in an eye of a patient may include a first tube having a first opening, the first tube being configured to extend into the anterior chamber. An intraocular pressure sensing (IOP) device for implantation in an eye of a patient may include a pressure sensor, a pressure sensor cap, and a tube coupled to a chamber inlet. The pressure sensor cap may include a recess having an inner surface, the recess configured to receive the pressure sensor such that a chamber is formed by the pressure sensor and the inner surface and a chamber inlet permitting a fluid to communicate with the chamber and be primed in a bubble-free manner. The tube may be coupled to the chamber inlet to allow fluid communication between an anterior chamber of the eye and the chamber.

    摘要: Control of scanning images during ophthalmic surgery may be performed with a scanning controller that interfaces to an optical scanner used with a surgical microscope. A scan control device may receive user input, including hands-free user input, for controlling an overlay image of scanning data that is overlaid on optical image data viewed using the surgical microscope. A selected location for optical scanning may also be displayed and controlled using the scanning controller.
