摘要： In the present invention, a first information processing apparatus displays a window for the content on a display device depending on operations to an input device; the first information processing apparatus obtains feedback operation logs including assessment information for the window and date-time information when the assessment information has been input; the first information processing apparatus obtains operation logs including operation information to the input device and date-time information when the operation has been input; the first information processing apparatus obtains communication logs including date-time information when the window has been displayed and information for identifying the window; the first information processing apparatus sends to a second information processing apparatus the feedback operation logs, the operation logs and the communication logs; the second information processing apparatus receives from the first information processing apparatus the feedback operation logs, the operation logs and the communication logs; the second information processing apparatus correlates information included in at least two of the feedback operation logs, the operation logs and the communication logs in chronological order based on the date-time information included in each log; and usability assessment information is thus generated for the content.

摘要： The objective of this application is to make it possible to timely acquire the user's evaluation about evaluation-targeted content. A survey window is provided to include a title region, an operation region and a content region. The content region indicates the evaluation-targeted content that the evaluator evaluates. The operation region indicates photographs of agent's faces as help buttons, and feeling input buttons that the evaluator selectively operates according to the emotion experienced when estimating the evaluation-targeted content. The evaluator selectively operates the feeling input buttons when the evaluator experiences an emotion while browsing the evaluation-targeted content to estimate. Thus, the evaluation about the evaluation-targeted content can be more accurately obtained.

A program development support system comprises: a metrics information storage part 32 that stores metrics information for each part of the program, with the metrics information indicating complexity of the part in question in relation to other parts of the program; a failure information storage means 34 that stores failure information for each failure occurring in the program, with said failure information indicating a corrected part of the program to cope with the failure and influence of the failure on a program user; a failure correction difficulty analysis part 23 and an importance determination part 24 that determine importance of each part of the program, using the complexity indicated by the metrics information of the part in question and the influence indicated by the failure information of each failure against which the part in question is to be corrected as a countermeasure, with the importance indicating a size of program development man-hours to be allocated to the part in question; and an input/output part 1 that outputs the determined importance of each part of the program.

摘要： A method and apparatus is provided for completing a document in accordance with a blank tabularized form document from data automatically retrieved from a database. An image of the blank form document is read into the system as image data from which a format of the blank form document and key information is determined. Supplemental data relating to the key information is automatically retrieved from a database and outputted in accordance with recognized parts of the original blank form document. In a second embodiment, the retrieved data is edited before being outputted. The data automatically retrieved from the database is selectively printed onto the original form document or onto a second form document.

摘要： A rule generation apparatus includes a label presenter in which when producing from training data including a set of specific values related to input and output variables rules representing input/output relationships between the input and output variables, numeric data of the training data is converted into categorical data expressed by symbols to generate an instance table, an RI device for extracting rules from the instance table, and a rule converter for converting the extracted rules into fuzzy rules. When the training data is divided to be distributively stored in a plurality of server processors, label assignment is conducted by each server processor such that a client processor later combines instance tables with each other to achieve rule induction and conversion.
