摘要: The present invention relates to an early warning method before the occurrence of aflatoxin contamination. The steps are as follows: extracting toxins from the sample to obtain a sample extract, and subjecting the sample extract to detection and analysis by liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometer, performing qualitative analysis based on the mass spectrometry information to obtain qualitative results, performing quantitative analysis based on a standard curve of the chromatographic peak area of each warning molecule/the peak area of the internal standard-warning molecule concentration to obtain quantitative results of these warning molecules, wherein a risk of aflatoxin contamination of the sample is assessed to obtain a classification prediction model, inputting the quantitative results of the warning molecules for a toxigenic strain of Aspergillus flavus, and outputting a risk assessment result based on the classification prediction model, thereby achieving the early warning before aflatoxin contamination occurs.

摘要: A time-resolved fluorescence kit for synchronously detecting 4,15-diacetoxyscirpenol, aflatoxin B1 and sterigmatocystin includes an immunochromatography time-resolved fluorescence test strip and a sample reaction bottle containing europium-labeled anti-4,15-diacetoxyscirpenol, anti-aflatoxin B1 and anti-sterigmatocystin monoclonal antibodies, where a water absorption pad, a detection pad and a sample pad are sequentially disposed on one side of the immunochromatography time-resolved fluorescence test strip from top to bottom, adjacent pads are connected in an overlapping manner at a joint, the detection pad uses a nitrocellulose membrane as a base pad, a quality control line and detection lines are transversely arranged on the nitrocellulose membrane from top to bottom, the quality control line is coated with a rabbit antimouse polyclonal antibody, and the three detection lines each are coated with a toxin-protein conjugate. The three mycotoxins including 4,15-diacetoxyscirpenol, aflatoxin B1 and sterigmatocystin can be rapidly and synchronously detected.

摘要: The invention discloses a NIR method for fatty acid content of oilseeds, including: selection of oilseed samples, and analyzing the oilseed samples by an near infrared spectrometer to obtain NIR spectra; preprocessing of NIR spectra and establishment of a NIR spectral database of oilseeds; establishment of a fatty acid database of oilseeds based on gas chromatography; establishment of prediction model of fatty acids in oilseeds; acquiring NIR spectrum of a sample to be tested by the near infrared spectrometer, and importing the preprocessed NIR spectrum into the prediction model of fatty acids to obtain the predicted fatty acid content of the tested sample. The method is simple and rapid to operate and is non-destructive, and the detection time of the sample is greatly shortened and the detection cost is reduced.

摘要: The present invention relates to the microbiological field, and particularly relates to a Leclercia adcarboxglata biocontrol strain efficiently inhibiting production of aflatoxins by Aspergillus flavus. The Leclercia adcarboxglata biocontrol strain Wt16 was deposited at China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on Jun. 13, 2017, and the accession number of the strain is CCTCC No. M2017331. The Leclercia adcarboxglata strain Wt16 is isolated from peanut pods for the first time which can significantly inhibit aflatoxins production by Aspergillus flavus, and also has an extremely good effect on inhibiting aflatoxins production by Aspergillus flavus for peanuts from different sources.

摘要: The invention belongs to the field of chemical analysis and detection, and specifically relates to a pretreatment method for LC-MS detecting metabolomics of Aspergillus flavus. The method includes: culturing a strain of Aspergillus flavus; quenching the Aspergillus flavus; disrupting the cell membrane of Aspergillus flavus, and extracting a metabolome. The invention adopts a cold glycerol buffer solution combined with a rapid filtration method for quenching, and a MeOH/DCM/ACN/EA/HCOOH mixture is used as an metabolome extract, thereby achieving the object of efficiently extracting different polar compounds, and metabolome compound coverage is high; pretreatment of the cell metabolomics of Aspergillus flavus by the method of the invention can ensure the repeatability and stability of the metabolomics analysis method and reduce the false positive of the test results.
