    Abstract: A treatment device includes a vibrator capable of ultrasonically vibrating, a front mass portion having a first resonance frequency and connected to the vibrator in a manner capable of transmitting ultrasonic vibration, a treatment probe configured to treat a subject and having a second resonance frequency that is higher than the first resonance frequency of the front mass portion, and a connection portion connecting a distal end surface of the front mass portion and a proximal end surface of the treatment probe by a pressing force, and serving as an antinode position when vibrating at the first resonance frequency.

    Abstract: A treatment system can include a treatment instrument with an operation input element that has a magnet; and a sensor that detects a parameter that changes with a movement of the magnet together with the operation input element based on an operation of the operation input element. The treatment system can also include a control apparatus that can control the supply of electrical energy to the treatment instrument for operation of the treatment instrument. The control apparatus includes a processor that can determine a relationship between a change in a distance between the sensor and the magnet and a change in the parameter, and to set, based on the relationship, a threshold for switching between an ON state and an OFF state of the supply of the electrical energy to the treatment instrument.

    Abstract: A medical apparatus remanufacturing method includes: disassembling a housing including a first housing and a second housing. The first housing can include a boss that is press-fitted to a boss hole of a press-fitted portion of a second housing to form an assembled state in which the first housing and the second housing are assembled to each other. The housing is disassembled by changing a temperature of at least one of the boss or the press-fitted portion to decrease a contact surface pressure between the boss and the boss hole, and removing the boss from the boss hole to release the assembled state.
