Abstract: The disclosed technology is directed to a cover removal jig for an endoscope that removes a tip cover applied to a distal end of an insertion section of an endoscope. Abstract: An endoscope cover includes: a cylindrical cover main body that is to be attached to a distal framing portion along a longitudinal axis of an insertion section, and that includes an annular portion which is to cover part of an outer periphery of the distal framing portion; and a fragile portion, at least part of which is provided on the annular portion of the cover main body. The cover main body is spaced apart from at least part of the distal framing portion, and forms a gap between the cover main body and the distal framing portion. The fragile portion is broken under application of an intended stress and configured to have a user recognize breakage of the fragile portion in cooperation with the gap.

Abstract: An endoscope cover includes a cover main body, a fragile portion, and a buffer portion. The cover main body includes a window and an annular portion.
