    Abstract: An endoscopic treatment tool includes: a sheath in which a lumen is formed; a treatment part which is inserted into the lumen and is configured to protrude and retract from a distal end of the sheath; a main manipulation part which is connected to the proximal end side of the sheath and allows the treatment part to perform a first motion and a second motion; an auxiliary manipulation part which is disposed to be separate from the main manipulation part and is configured to perform the first motion of the treatment part and configured to put the second motion out of action; and a manipulation transmission member which is made of a flexible member, connects the auxiliary manipulation part to the main manipulation part, and transmits a manipulation input of the auxiliary manipulation part with respect to the main manipulation part.

    Abstract: An endoscopic treatment tool includes a sheath having a lumen, an elongated shaft inserted into the lumen and having an insertion passage, a stylet disposed in the insertion passage, an implant connected to the stylet, and a manipulation part main body provided on the sheath, a slider advanceable and retractable in an axial direction relative to the manipulation part main body, and a cam tube retracting while rotating in accordance with manipulation of the slider and having a spiral guide passage. A proximal end portion of the stylet has a projection engaged with the guide passage such that a force retracting the stylet is applied to the stylet by the cam tube retracting while rotating. The projection is slidable on the guide passage such that the stylet is advanceable relative to the elongated shaft against the force.

    Abstract: A tissue-fastening tool indwelling system includes: a sheath; a needle tube disposed in the sheath; a tissue-fastening tool including a wire having a coil region disposable in the needle tube in a stretched state and restorable to a coil shape with the same winding diameter outside the needle tube; a stylet connected to the wire; and a manipulation part for manipulating the stylet to advance the wire and rotate the sheath in a first direction. In a state where a distal end of the needle tube is proximal of the distal end of the sheath, the manipulation part is designed to operate such that the wire is delivered from the sheath by a length of one winding of the coil region per rotation of the sheath by less than one turn, and the protruding coil region biased to have a diameter larger than the winding diameter.

    Abstract: A puncture treatment tool includes a needle tube whose distal end is insertable into tissue, a cylindrical main body through which the needle tube is inserted, a needle stopper through which the main body is inserted and which is provided such that a position where the needle stopper is fixed to the main body can be changed in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the main body, and a slider which is fixed to a proximal end part of the needle tube, the slider being disposed to be operated movable relative to the main body. The slider is configured to be capable of selecting from a first state in which the slider is movable in the axial direction relatively to the main body without rotating in the circumferential direction of the main body, or a second state in which the slider is rotatable in the circumferential direction.

    Abstract: A needle holder for holding a curved needle to which a suture thread is connected. The needle holder includes a flexible tube; and a grasper provided at a distal end of the flexible tube. The grasper includes a first jaw having a groove, and a protrusion at a distal end portion of the first jaw; and a second jaw movably connected to the first jaw. The grasper can hold the curved needle between the second jaw and the protrusion of the first jaw, and can hold a part of the suture thread between a surface of the groove and the second jaw such that another part of the suture thread passes through a gap formed between another surface of the groove and the second jaw. The protrusion has a hook surface for hooking the suture thread extending outside the groove.
