    Abstract: An endoscopic treatment tool includes: a needle tube in which a needle tube insertion passage extending from a distal end to a proximal end of the needle tube is formed; a stylet which is disposed to move freely in the needle tube insertion passage; a main manipulation part which is connected to a proximal end side of the needle tube, the main manipulation part supporting the stylet such that the stylet advances while rotating, and the main manipulation part operating the stylet; a manipulation transmission member which has flexibility and the manipulation transmission member is connected to the stylet; and an auxiliary manipulation part which includes a handle fixed to a proximal end portion of the manipulation transmission member and the auxiliary manipulation part is configured such that the manipulation transmission member advances while rotating in accordance with a manipulation of the handle.

    Abstract: A tissue-fastening tool indwelling device includes: a sheath; a needle tube having a needle tip and disposed to be retractable from a distal end of a lumen of the sheath; a tissue-fastening tool having a restoring force to a curved shape with distal and proximal end side regions and disposed inside the needle tube in a stretched state; and a stylet coupled to a proximal end portion of the tissue-fastening tool in the needle tube. The stylet has a first state in which the stylet is advanced straight with respect to the needle tube and the sheath until the entire distal end side region of the tissue-fastening tool protrudes from the needle tube, and a second state in which the stylet is advanced while being rotated until a proximal end of the proximal end side region of the tissue-fastening tool protrudes from the needle tube.

    Abstract: A needle holder for holding a curved needle to which a suture thread is connected. The needle holder includes a flexible tube; and a grasper provided at a distal end of the flexible tube. The grasper includes a first jaw having a groove, and a protrusion at a distal end portion of the first jaw; and a second jaw movably connected to the first jaw. The grasper can hold the curved needle between the second jaw and the protrusion of the first jaw, and can hold a part of the suture thread between a surface of the groove and the second jaw such that another part of the suture thread passes through a gap formed between another surface of the groove and the second jaw. The protrusion has a hook surface for hooking the suture thread extending outside the groove.

    Abstract: An endoscopic treatment tool set includes: an endoscopic treatment tool that includes a sheath having a lumen, an elongated shaft inserted into the lumen and the elongated shaft having an insertion passage, a stylet disposed in the insertion passage, an implant connected to the stylet, and a manipulation part provided at the sheath; and a jig. The endoscopic treatment tool is packed together with the jig. The jig is coupled to a proximal end portion of the stylet disposed in the manipulation part and the jig is configured to be movable relative to the manipulation part. The implant is connected to the jig via the stylet, and the implant is configured such that the jig is pulled toward a proximal end side of the manipulation part so that the stylet is moved to a proximal end side in the insertion passage and the implant is loaded in the insertion passage.
