    Abstract: A pulse wave detector includes a pulse wave detection sensor which is configured to detect a pressure pulse wave from an artery of a measurement subject, a pressing member which supports the pulse wave detection sensor and is configured to be moved in one direction to press the pulse wave detection sensor against a body surface of the measurement subject, a plurality of guiding members which are placed around the pulse wave detection sensor in a plan view as seen in the one direction and extend in the one direction, and a supporting member which supports the plurality of guiding members. The pressing member includes pass-through portions through which the plurality of guiding members are passed to be movable along the guiding members, respectively.

    Abstract: An electrode-equipped band includes a first band section and a second band section extending along a longitudinal direction. The second band section includes a first stretchable section, an electrode, a second stretchable section, a ring member, a fold-back section, and a joining section. The first stretchable section has first stretchability along the longitudinal direction. The electrode is provided on a first surface of the first stretchable section. The second stretchable section overlaps with the first stretchable section on a side of a second surface of the first stretchable section, and has second stretchability that allows greater stretch along the longitudinal direction than the first stretchable section. The ring member is provided at a position corresponding to a band end along the longitudinal direction of the second band section, and may be connected to the first band section.

    Abstract: A pulse wave detector includes a body portion; a band which is wound around a wrist while the band is engaged with the body portion; a first engaging portion with which a basal end portion in a longitudinal direction of the band is engaged; a second engaging portion with which an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction of the band is engaged while the band is folded back; and an engagement member which causes a tip end portion in the longitudinal direction of the band to be engaged with the basal end portion or the first end portion while the basal end portion and the tip end portion overlap with each other. A tip end of the tip end portion is directed from an opposed surface of the body portion to the wrist to an opposite surface of the body portion.
