摘要: A blood pressure measuring apparatus performs blood pressure measurement of a person to be measured. The apparatus includes: setting a measurement mode including at least a nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode to perform the measurement; and determining whether a blood pressure measurement posture is good under a first determination condition based on a height difference between a position of the apparatus and a heart position of the person in a sitting posture, and under a second determination condition based on a height difference between a position of the apparatus and a heart position of the person in a supine posture. A determination condition of the determining is switched to the second determination condition when the nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode is set.

摘要: A biological information measuring apparatus includes a sensing device and a calibration device. The calibration device includes a transmitter transmitting, to the sensing device, data including the first biological information, and calibration identification information. The sensing device includes a determination unit determining whether the calibration identification information is information of a calibration device corresponding to the sensing device; a detector detecting a pulse wave; and a calculator, when the calibration identification information is information of a corresponding calibration device, calibrating the pulse wave based on the first biological information, and calculating second biological information based on the calibrated pulse wave.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a biological information measuring apparatus including a sensing apparatus and a calibration device. The calibration device includes a measuring device and a transmitter. The sensing apparatus includes a detector, a receiver, and a calculator. The measuring device intermittently measures first biological information. The transmitter transmits data including the first biological information to the sensing apparatus. The detector detects a pulse wave continuously in time. The receiver receives the data from the calibration device. The calculator calibrates the pulse wave based on the first biological information, and calculates second biological information based on the pulse wave.

摘要: A biological information measuring apparatus includes a detector, a measuring unit, a calculator, and a determining unit. The detector detects pulse waves continuously. The measuring unit measures first biological information. The calculator calculates second biological information from the pulse waves based on the first biological information. The measuring unit suspends the measurement and resumes the measurement after a lapse of a period in a case where the determining unit does not determine that the result of measurement is normal, and the measuring unit continues the measurement in other cases where the body motion is not generated, the pulse waves are not irregular or the blood pressure value fails to vary.

摘要: A pressure pulse wave detector includes: a pressing member which includes a pressing face in which element arrays each including pressure detecting elements arranged in one direction are arranged in a direction intersecting with the one direction; a pressing mechanism which presses the pressing face against a body surface of a living body; a rotation driving mechanism which rotates the pressing face around each of two axes which are perpendicular to a pressing direction of the pressing face pressed by the pressing mechanism and include a first axis extending in the one direction and a second axis perpendicular to the one direction; a support member which supports the pressing mechanism, the rotation driving mechanism and the pressing member; a housing which houses therein the support member; and a movement mechanism which moves the support member in the one direction inside the housing.
