摘要: A blood pressure measuring apparatus performs blood pressure measurement of a person to be measured. The apparatus includes: setting a measurement mode including at least a nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode to perform the measurement; and determining whether a blood pressure measurement posture is good under a first determination condition based on a height difference between a position of the apparatus and a heart position of the person in a sitting posture, and under a second determination condition based on a height difference between a position of the apparatus and a heart position of the person in a supine posture. A determination condition of the determining is switched to the second determination condition when the nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode is set.

摘要: A pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section and a control unit. The sensor section is rotatable about a first axis and is rotatable about a second axis. The control unit determines a rotation angle about the second axis based on DC components of a plurality of a pressure detecting elements included in at least one of element rows. Then, the sensor section is pressed against the body surface in a state that the sensor section is controlled in the optimal roll angle, the pulse wave is detected based on pressure signals detected from the pressure detecting elements and the vital information is calculated based on the detected pulse wave.

摘要: The pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section in which two element rows consisting of a plurality of pressure detecting elements arranged in a direction B are arranged in a direction A perpendicular to the direction B, and an air bag pressing the sensor section to a body surface in a state that the direction B intersects a direction in which an artery below the body surface of a living body. An arrangement interval between the two element rows in the direction A is 5 mm or more and 15 mm or less.

摘要: A biological information measuring apparatus includes a sensing device and a calibration device. The calibration device includes a transmitter transmitting, to the sensing device, data including the first biological information, and calibration identification information. The sensing device includes a determination unit determining whether the calibration identification information is information of a calibration device corresponding to the sensing device; a detector detecting a pulse wave; and a calculator, when the calibration identification information is information of a corresponding calibration device, calibrating the pulse wave based on the first biological information, and calculating second biological information based on the calibrated pulse wave.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a biological information measuring apparatus including a sensing apparatus and a calibration device. The calibration device includes a measuring device and a transmitter. The sensing apparatus includes a detector, a receiver, and a calculator. The measuring device intermittently measures first biological information. The transmitter transmits data including the first biological information to the sensing apparatus. The detector detects a pulse wave continuously in time. The receiver receives the data from the calibration device. The calculator calibrates the pulse wave based on the first biological information, and calculates second biological information based on the pulse wave.

摘要: A pulse wave detecting device includes a sensor section and a control unit. The sensor section is rotatable about a first axis and is rotatable about a second axis. The control unit determines a rotation angle about the second axis and a rotation angle about the first axis in a state where the sensor section is pressed against the body surface with a prescribed pressing force. After determining the optimal roll angle and the optimal pitch angle, the control unit reduces the pressing force to a reset value smaller than the prescribed pressing force and larger than zero, increases the pressing force from this state, detects a pulse wave based on pressure signals detected by pressure detecting elements during the increase, and calculates vital information based on the detected pulse wave.

摘要: A biological information measuring apparatus includes a detector, a measuring unit, a calculator, and a determining unit. The detector detects pulse waves continuously. The measuring unit measures first biological information. The calculator calculates second biological information from the pulse waves based on the first biological information. The measuring unit suspends the measurement and resumes the measurement after a lapse of a period in a case where the determining unit does not determine that the result of measurement is normal, and the measuring unit continues the measurement in other cases where the body motion is not generated, the pulse waves are not irregular or the blood pressure value fails to vary.
