Abstract: A blood pressure level change detection apparatus includes a change point detection unit and a level change/return determination unit. The change point detection unit detects a first change point as a change point in time-series data of blood pressure. A level change/return determination unit acquires a first average blood pressure level and a second average blood pressure level for time-series data of blood pressure. When a difference between the first average blood pressure level and the second average blood pressure level is greater than or equal to a predetermined level threshold value, the level change/return determination unit determines that a blood pressure level change has occurred at the first change point.

Abstract: A blood pressure measuring apparatus performs blood pressure measurement of a person to be measured. The apparatus includes: setting a measurement mode including at least a nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode to perform the measurement; and determining whether a blood pressure measurement posture is good under a first determination condition based on a height difference between a position of the apparatus and a heart position of the person in a sitting posture, and under a second determination condition based on a height difference between a position of the apparatus and a heart position of the person in a supine posture. A determination condition of the determining is switched to the second determination condition when the nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode is set.

Abstract: A biological information measuring apparatus includes a detector, a measuring unit, a calculator, and a determining unit. The detector detects pulse waves continuously. The measuring unit measures first biological information. The calculator calculates second biological information from the pulse waves based on the first biological information. The measuring unit suspends the measurement and resumes the measurement after a lapse of a period in a case where the determining unit does not determine that the result of measurement is normal, and the measuring unit continues the measurement in other cases where the body motion is not generated, the pulse waves are not irregular or the blood pressure value fails to vary.

Abstract: A blood pressure value analysis support apparatus includes a one-beat reliability determination unit and section setting unit. The determination unit determines reliability of a blood pressure value for each beat including a first reliability and second reliability lower in reliability than the first based on information indicating disturbance. The section setting unit sets valid and invalid sections for the time-series data of blood pressure based on a reliability determination result. The section setting unit includes a section wherein the blood pressure value reliability for each beat is the first reliability in the valid section and includes a section wherein the blood pressure value reliability for each beat is the second reliability in the invalid section, for the time-series data of blood pressure. The section setting unit changes the invalid section when a length of a continuous period is less than a preset first threshold value to the valid section.
