Abstract:
With a nebulizer mesh selection method it is possible to achieve optimal treatment which fits a medicine and a patient. A nebulizer mesh selection method includes a step of acquiring a medicine attribute, by a computer, a step of acquiring a patient breathing ability, a step of selecting a mesh that corresponds to the acquired medicine attribute and patient breathing ability based on a mesh selection table in which a predetermined mesh corresponds to a combination of a medicine attribute and a patient breathing ability, and a step of outputting the selected mesh.
Abstract:
Provided are a management device, a therapeutic inhaler, and a non-transitory storage medium storing a management program that can appropriately manage a history of treatment using the therapeutic inhaler. A server control unit of a management server acquires operation history information of a nebulization unit of a nebulizer including first operation history information and second operation history information acquired subsequently to the first operation history information, and determines whether the first operation history information and the second operation history information are information corresponding to a case where the nebulization unit has operated for an identical treatment based on a time difference T between an ending time point of a first operation period of the nebulization unit according to the first operation history information and a starting time point of a second operation period of the nebulization unit according to the second operation history information.
Abstract:
An ultrasonic vibrator driving apparatus applies a sine-waveform alternating voltage as a drive voltage via a conversion circuit to an ultrasonic vibrator that has a unique resonance frequency. A first current detector that detects a first current that flows from the drive voltage generator to the conversion circuit and a second current detector that detects a second current that flows from the conversion circuit to the ultrasonic vibrator are included. A frequency controller performs control on the drive voltage generator to change the frequency of a square-waveform alternating voltage so that the difference between the first current and the second current is reduced or approaches a minimum.
Abstract:
An ultrasonic vibrator driving apparatus performs driving by applying an alternating voltage as a drive voltage to an ultrasonic vibrator that includes a piezoelectric element and has a unique resonance frequency. The drive voltage is generated with a variable frequency in a frequency range including the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator. The frequency of the drive voltage is repeatedly swept with a predetermined sweep width and a predetermined sweep period so as to include the resonance frequency, based on a reference frequency set according to the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator. The sweep period and the sweep width are restricted by being associated so as to fall within a predetermined allowed range on a two-dimensional map divided by the sweep period and the sweep width.
Abstract:
An ultrasonic nebulizer includes a tank unit configured to be detachable with respect to a main body. The tank unit includes a working tank in which an ultrasonic vibrator is incorporated, a medicine tank, and a medicine tank cover, which are arranged overlaid in the stated order. The output of an oscillation circuit in the main body is applied to the ultrasonic vibrator through a main body-side contact electrode and a tank-side contact electrode when the tank unit is mounted on the main body. The main body includes an air fan that blows air into the medicine tank through an air duct of the medicine tank cover, and a medicine tank cover detection unit that detects whether or not the air duct of the medicine tank cover is adjacent to the main body so as to detect whether or not the tank unit is mounted on the main body.
