摘要: The invention discloses a touch screen and a display apparatus. The touch screen comprises first strip electrodes and second strip electrodes which are arranged intersecting with one another on different layers, and edges on both sides of a first electrode positioned on an upper layer of the second strip electrode in an extending direction have a wavy structure, and an included angle between respective polylines forming the wavy structure and the extending direction of the first strip electrode is an acute angle. In a touch period, the first strip electrodes are loaded with touch scanning signals, and the second strip electrodes couple voltage signals of the touch scanning signals and output coupled signals; or the second strip electrodes are loaded with the touch scanning signals, the first strip electrodes couple voltage signals of the touch scanning signals and output the coupled signals. Since edges on both sides of a first strip electrode are set to be of a wavy structure, moire patterns caused by interference of light due to regular patterns on edges of the first strip electrodes are reduced so as to eliminate visibility of the moire patterns on a surface of the touch screen and improve display quality of the display screen.

摘要: Disclosed are a thin film transistor and a method for fabricating the same, where annealing can be performed on a base substrate formed with a metal inductive layer to thereby perform metal induced crystallization so as to fabricate the bottom-gate low-temperature poly-silicon thin film transistor while dispensing with a shielding layer in a top-gate thin film transistor. Furthermore an amorphous-silicon layer can be converted into a poly-silicon layer due to metal induced crystallization, and the patterning process can be further performed on the poly-silicon layer to form a first doped zone corresponding to an active layer, and a second doped zone corresponding to a source and drain area, so that a channel area can be separated from the source and drain area to thereby guarantee the electrical performance of the thin film transistor.

摘要: A shift register, a driving method of a display panel and related device. The shift register adds a selection output unit and a selection control signal terminal to the current shift register; the output terminal of the selection output unit outputs a signal that is same as the signal of the driving signal output terminal when the selection control signal terminal receives a selection control signal. Then whether there is a scan signal outputted from the selection driving output terminal is determined by the control of the selection control signal terminal and the selection output unit. Further, in using the gate-driving circuit consisting of the above shift register, selectively outputting scan signal to certain gate lines can be achieved. Further, in using said gate driving circuit in the display panel of the present disclosure, arranging three neighbouring gate lines as a set of gate line along scanning direction and each set of gate line receiving scan signal sequentially along the scanning direction may be realized.

摘要: A touch screen and a display device are provided. The touch screen includes first strip electrodes and second strip electrodes, which are disposed in different layers and intersect with each other. The first strip electrodes disposed in a layer above the second strip electrodes have patterns to prevent Moire fringes caused by interference. In the touch period at least some of the first strip electrodes are configured to load touch scanning signals while the second strip electrodes are configured to couple with the voltage signals of the touch scanning signals and output signals; or in the touch period the second strip electrodes are configured to bad touch scanning signals while at least some of the first strip electrodes are configured to couple with the voltage signals of the touch scanning signals and output signals. The touch screen can reduce Moire fringes at the edges of the first strip electrodes caused by interference of light due to regular patterns.
