    摘要: In a die plate having a hardened surface for sliding a knife, a plurality of WC alloy plates 1b are diffusion-bonded to a base metal 2b, whereby the hardened surface h is formed. A plurality of nozzle holes 4a, 4a . . . are formed on each of the WC alloy plates 1b. Each of the WC alloy plates 1b is formed into a shape having a thickness of 2.5 mm or more and two adjacent edges 20 mm or more in length, wherein each edge is 200 mm or less in length. The die plate has high freedom in an arrangement of nozzle holes to enable a close arrangement of a number of nozzle holes, has an extended life with hardly causing dropping-off of a member constituting a hardened surface, and can be produced with a minimized number of processes.

    摘要: A cutter machine has a knife holder 13 mounted onto a cutter shaft 6 at the center portion, wherein a material to be cut is cut with knives 15 mounted onto the outer circumference of the knife holder 13 by rotating the knife holder 13 around the cutter shaft 6. The knife holder 13 is separated into a fixing member 17 mounted onto the cutter shaft 6 and a mounting member 18 onto which the knives 15 are mounted. The mounting member 18 is pivotally supported around two axes with respect to the fixing member 17. In the cutter machine, the knives and a die plate come into contact with each other by a small press force of the knives, thereby enabling a satisfactory cutting to be obtained.

    摘要: A melt pump comprises a pump housing having an intake port and a discharge port and a pair of gear rotors. Each of the pair of gear rotors having a gear part and a shaft part integrated with each other, which are arranged within the pump housing in such a manner as to be rotatable in mutually meshing condition. The melt pump further comprises a recovering passage for guiding resin leaking through a clearance between the pump housing and each of the pair of gear rotors into the intake port, a cooling hole drilled inside each of the gear rotors while facing to each clearance forming region; and a pipe inserted into the cooling hole for supplying cooling liquid. A sleeve for lining the internal periphery of the cooling hole is located in the hole so as to utilize the inside of the sleeve as a cooling liquid passage.

    摘要: A driving mechanism for driving a gear pump of a dual drive type having two shafts comprises a reversing gear having a pair of output shafts which rotate respectively in opposite directions at the same rotating speed, and a pair of gear couplings connecting the gear pump to the reversing gear. One of the pair of gear couplings comprises: a shaft, a first coupling head disposed on one end of the shaft, and a second coupling head disposed on the other end of the shaft. The number z.sub.1 of teeth of the component external spur gears and internal spur gears of the first coupling head is not equal to the number z.sub.2 of teeth of the component external spur gears and internal spur gears of the second coupling head. The angular difference between the external spur gears of the second coupling head is converted into a corresponding number of teeth of the external spur gear of the third coupling sleeve by calculation using the difference between the central angle including one tooth of the external gear of the first coupling head and the central angle including one tooth of the external gear of the second coupling head, and the third coupling sleeve is turned through an angle corresponding to the calculated number of teeth.
