摘要: An agent distribution system includes a water tank, a flush line, a flush valve, an agent storage tank, an agent line, an agent valve, a first flow meter, and a second flow meter. The flush line receives water from the water tank. The flush valve is configured to selectively prevent water from flowing along the flush line downstream of the flush valve. The agent line receives agent from the agent tank. The agent valve is configured to selectively prevent agent from flowing along the agent line downstream of the agent valve. The flush line extends into the agent line at a junction. The junction is disposed downstream of the agent valve. The first flow meter is positioned along the agent line downstream of the junction. The second flow meter is positioned downstream of the first flow meter and upstream of a discharge system.

摘要: A fire-fighting vehicle includes a boom assembly movably coupled to a chassis, a penetrating nozzle coupled to the boom assembly, an actuator that moves the penetrating nozzle relative to the chassis, and a controller operatively coupled to a sensor. The penetrating nozzle includes a piercing tip and an outlet configured to be selectively fluidly coupled to a supply of fire suppressant. The piercing tip is repositionable between a first position spaced from a surface of an object and a second position within an interior cavity of the object. The outlet supplies fire suppressant into the interior cavity when the piercing tip is in the second position. The sensor provides data relating to at least one of a position and an orientation of the piercing tip relative to the surface. The controller determines an angular orientation of the piercing tip relative to the surface based on the data.

The raceway assembly includes a conduit and a high voltage cable. The high voltage cable provides power between the first location and the second location. To facilitate thermally regulating the high voltage cable, at least one of (a) the conduit defines a plurality of vents, (b) the raceway assembly includes a cooling element disposed within the conduit, or (c) the conduit comprises a thermally conductive material.

摘要: An electrified vehicle includes a chassis, an energy storage system supported by the chassis, a high voltage component, a conduit, a high voltage cable, and a controller. The high voltage cable is routed through the conduit and provides high voltage power between the energy storage system and the high voltage component. The controller is configured to (a) initiate an alarm if a person is attempting to access the high voltage cable with the high voltage power active, (b) disengage a contactor of the energy storage system to stop providing the high voltage power through the high voltage cable in response to (i) the person attempting to access the high voltage cable with the high voltage power active and/or (ii) the person accessing the conduit, and/or (c) prevent access to the high voltage cable in response to the contactor being engaged and the high voltage power being active.
