Abstract: An unmanned flying object that flies in the air includes a capturer, including at least one of a net, a sucking device, a stick, a rope or a spear, that captures an object other than the unmanned flying object in the air, a sensor that detects that the capturer has captured the object, and a processor that performs operations including: receiving an operation signal via wireless communication; performing a manual flight control that controls the unmanned flying object on the basis of the operation signal; switching from the manual flight control to an autonomous flight control that controls the unmanned flying object to not be dependent on the operation signal received via the wireless communication, when the sensor detects the capture of the object while the manual flight control is being performed.

Abstract: A system includes a controller and base stations each including first and second transmitters and a detector. The controller, when a first base station is not connected with any mobile body, causes the first transmitter of the first base station to transmit a first signal and the second transmitter of the first base station to transmit a second signal, thereby guiding a mobile body around the first base station toward the first base station. The controller, when the first base station is connected with a mobile body and a second base station closest to the first base station is not connected with any mobile body, causes the first transmitter of the first base station to transmit the second signal and/or the second transmitter of the first base station to transmit the first signal, thereby guiding the mobile body around the first base station toward the second base station.

Abstract: A cleaning robot which performs a predetermined task while autonomously moving includes: a driver which makes the cleaning robot move; an image capturer which detects a movement state indicating whether a different cleaning robot existing in front of the cleaning robot is moving along an obstacle, a direction in which the different cleaning robot exists relative to the cleaning robot, and a distance between the cleaning robot and the different cleaning robot; and a following run controller which controls the driver in order for the cleaning robot to move following the different cleaning robot while keeping a position diagonally behind the different cleaning robot at an opposite side of the different cleaning robot from the obstacle, if the movement state indicates that the different cleaning robot is moving along the obstacle.

Abstract: A drone, a method for controlling the flight of a drone, and a program for controlling the flight of a drone capable of preventing the drone from flying into a place where it is difficult for an operator to visually observe the drone and flying the drone within an area in which the operator can visually observe the drone are provided. A control unit of the drone determines whether an illuminance detected by an illuminance sensor satisfies a required illuminance for the drone to fly, and if the detected illuminance does not satisfy the required illuminance, inhibits the drone from flying in the flight direction.
