摘要: A woven fabric having at least three layers disposed on top of one another. One layer forms a lowermost woven fabric layer and another layer forms an uppermost woven fabric layer. A first and a second woven layer have electrically conductive warp threads and/or electrically conductive weft threads. An intermediate layer is disposed between the first woven fabric layer and the second woven fabric layer. The first woven fabric layer, the second woven fabric layer, and the intermediate layer form a sensor arrangement which has an electrical property that varies while a force acts on the layers. Each of the uppermost and lowermost woven fabric layer in terms of weaving technology is connected to one of the other woven fabric layers present.

摘要: Safety mat for safeguarding a technical installation, comprising a sensor, a rigid supporting body and an evaluation unit. The sensor has an active sensor area and a flexible connection region for contacting the sensor area. The flexible connection region is formed at a border of the active sensor area. The supporting body has a base with a top side and a side face which adjoins the said top side. The evaluation unit is arranged in the interior of the supporting body below the active sensor area and is configured to generate an output signal depending on the actuation of the active sensor area. The active sensor area covers the top side of the base of the supporting body completely, and the connection region of the sensor is folded around the side face through 180° and guided into the interior of the supporting body.

摘要: A floor panel has a bottom side and a walkable top side opposite the bottom side. An apparatus for detecting an object on the floor panel includes a holder that is mounted on, in, or under the floor panel. The apparatus includes a radar device configured to emit a radar signal, detect a radar echo reflected from the object, and provide a data signal based on the radar echo. The holder is configured to hold the radar device. A method for detecting the object on the floor panel includes, using the radar device, emitting a radar signal. The method includes, using the radar device, detecting a radar echo reflected from the object. The method includes providing a data signal based on the radar echo.

摘要: A woven fabric includes first and second woven fabric layers with an intermediate layer in between, which form a sensor with an electrical characteristic that changes while a force is acting on the woven fabric. The first layer includes electrically conductive strips and electrically non-conductive strips arranged adjacent to one another in an alternating manner. The second layer includes alternating conductive strips and non-conductive strips that extend transverse to the strips of the first layer. At least some of the threads in each of the conductive strips of the first layer are conductive weft threads. At least some of the threads in each of the conductive strips of the second layer are conductive weft threads. The non-conductive strips of the first and second layers are weft threads.

摘要: A safety device for monitoring a technical installation with a pressure-sensitive sensor. The pressure sensitive sensor having a plurality of first and second electrodes, wherein each first electrode overlaps each second electrode in an associated coupling site. Furthermore, each first electrode is spaced apart from the associated second electrode in the associated coupling site by a pressure sensitive material. Upon application of a force at the coupling site, an electrical resistance between the associated first and second electrode changes. A measuring circuitry coupled to said plurality of first and second electrodes successively determines the electrical resistance at associated coupling sites. For determining the electrical resistance at a coupling site via the associated first and second electrode, the measuring circuitry connects the further first and second electrodes to a terminal for receiving a defined potential to enable isolated measurement of the electrical resistance at the coupling site.

摘要: A sensor assembly comprising first, second and third layers of flexible material forming, when superposed, a pressure-sensitive sensor having at least two sensor cells. The first layer comprises first and second electrically conductive regions mechanically connected to each other via an electrically non-conductive region. The second layer comprises a third electrically conductive region. The third electrically conductive region of the second layer overlaps the first and second electrically conductive regions of the first layer. The region of overlap defines an active region of a first and a second sensor cell. The third layer is formed of a conductive elastic material that cooperates under a local mechanical load in the active region with the first and second conductive regions of the first layer so that an electrical resistance between the electrical conductive regions changes in the place of the compressive load. Furthermore, the sensor assembly comprises a fixation adapted to fix the first and the second layers together. The fixation is arranged outside the active region so that the first and third layers lie unloaded on top of each other in the active region and the surfaces of the first and third layers facing each other are substantially free of a fixation.

摘要: A pressure-sensitive safety device for monitoring a technical installation, includes a sensor having first and second sensor cells, and first, second and third electrodes for making contact with the first and the second sensor cells. A pressure-sensitive material within the first and second sensor cells is configured, under local loading, to change an electrical property of the cells at the site of loading. An evaluation unit provides an output signal depending on an actuation of the first and second sensor cells. The first and second electrodes are connected to the first and second sensor cells, respectively, and the third electrode is connected to both the first and the second sensor cells. The first, second and third electrodes are connected to the evaluation unit by a first sequentialization element, and to a defined first potential by a second sequentialization element.
