    摘要： A radio apparatus transmits a radio signal including identification information for identifying the radio apparatus. A reception terminal receives the radio signal transmitted form the radio apparatus. A positional information management server obtains radio information in which the identification information included in the radio signal and radio field intensity of the radio signal are associated with each other and determines a position of the reception terminal using the obtained radio information. The radio apparatus includes an antenna that transmits the radio signal having directivity toward a floor.
