Abstract: A first information communication device is provided with: a biological information acquisition unit that acquires biological information of a first user holding the first information processing device; a mood determination unit that detects a state in which the mood of the first user is estimated as being good on the basis of the biological information; a reason estimation unit that, in a case where a state in which the mood of the first user is estimated as being good is detected, estimates a reason for the mood of the first user being good on the basis of behavior history information indicating a behavior history of the first user; and a transmission control unit that causes a communication unit to transmit reason information indicating the estimated reason, to a second information processing device held by a second user who wishes to be notified of a timing for contacting the first user.

Abstract: A pulse wave measuring apparatus includes a light emitter that illuminates with light having an amount an area containing a part of skin of a user staying in a vehicle, an imager that captures an image of the area, a controller that obtains a driving route from a departure point of the vehicle to a destination point of the vehicle, obtains an estimated time at which the vehicle passes through a location along the driving route, predicts an incident amount of sun light that enters the vehicle at the location at the estimated time, and calculates the amount under a condition that a sum of the predicted incident amount and the amount is a constant value, and a pulse wave calculator that calculates a pulse wave of the user using the image, and outputs pulse wave information of the user.

Abstract: A system is disclosed which includes a walking assistance robot for assisting a smooth start of a user's action after standing up from a chair. A system according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a walking assistance robot and an automatic elevation chair that moves a seating surface where a user sits. The automatic elevation chair detects a consciousness level of the user and transmits consciousness level information on the detected consciousness level of the user to the walking assistance robot via the network. The walking assistance robot, including a body and a rotor that moves the walking assistance robot, receives the consciousness level information via the network and controls resistance force to rotation of the rotor based on the received consciousness level information.
