Abstract:
A vehicle door equipment plate incorporating the window winder function and at least one other function is characterized in that it is built into a conventional door structure consisting of a press-formed shell having an outer metal panel connected to an inner metal panel provided with at least two openings separated by a strengthening metal sheet connecting piece placed substantially transversely with respect to a longitudinal direction of the door. One of the openings provides a passage for a window guide element integrated at one end of the equipment plate, the latter being made from moulded plastic. The second opening provides a passage for the section of the equipment plate supporting the window winder function in such a way that the sections of the equipment plate supporting the window winder function and the window guide function are positioned in the same plane within the door shell while at least one section of the equipment plate is mounted external to the shell on the strengthening metal sheet connecting element.
Abstract:
A process for improving sliding qualities of a slide contact or carriage on at least one rail, and a device for implementing this process. The carriage includes a part intended to be moved along the rail. A section (4) shaped to conform to the rail is placed on the surface of the rail, closely following the contour thereof and smoothing out irregularities or deformations of the rail.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a blind assembly process for at least one component and an assembly device. The blind assembly process for at least one component designed to be placed in a housing that is difficult to access comprises a step for the three-dimensional connection of the component using a link with a multifunction plate a step for formation of the means of positioning the multifunction plate in a first wall in which at least one hole is formed through which the link and the component can pass, the said link positioning the component in space so that once the plate has been positioned, the component is in position in the housing a step in which additional components are fixed onto the component.
Abstract:
A window-regulator module comprises at least one rail on which slides at least one slider supporting a window. Cables and a drive motor drive the slider. The slider includes a sliding part complementary to the at least one rail with a lower end of the slider including a supporting surface for the window. At the lower end of the stroke of the slider, a lower edge of the window projects by a specified distance beyond the lower edge of the rail.
