    摘要: A roller with a Delrin plastic injection to coat the steel shaft wherein the plastic coated shaft eliminates the metal-to-metal contact that creates the noise. The new and improved Delrin plastic coated shaft will be limn larger than industry standard shafts because 10-11 mm industry standard shafts are too loose in the hinge barrels which allows the rattling. This improved roller shaft is 12 mm at finished thickness to reduce the extra space. Closing the gap between the roller shaft and hinge barrel will eliminate the metal-to-metal contact resulting in a very quiet, rolling garage door. By keeping the finished thickness at 12 mm on the new shaft, the roller will still work on new and old garage door hinges and fixtures. This makes the new and improved roller shaft a truly universal product that will work on 90% of garage doors in service and almost all new models. This is a long over-due improvement to garage door rollers.

    摘要: A protector with a sensor is installed on a sliding door for detecting an object by touch between two core wires in a hollow part. In a terminal part of the protector with the sensor, the core wires drawn out are connected with legs of a resistor. A primary seal is formed by grinding a surface of the hollow part of the terminal part of an extrusion molded part, positioning a ground part on a die and covering wire connection parts and a side of another end of an insert while also covering the ground part by means of injection molding. A secondary seal is formed by means of the injection molding for coating a part formed with the primary seal for forming an external shape of a product.

    摘要: A guide rail assembly for motor vehicle window lifters and a method for the production thereof. Two guide webs having protrusions formed thereon form a guide rail on a carrier plate made from a plastic material. The guide webs may be bent elastically inwards or outwards, enabling the driving element to be clipped on by pushing it on in the vehicle's transverse direction y and considerably simplifies production in an injection moulding process because the guide rail may be removed by elastically bending the guide rails such that a smaller number of sliders is required in the moulding tool. In one embodiment, there is also provided a driving element comprising a body of a first material and, securely held therein, sliding inserts comprised of a second material which material ensures a particularly good tribological pairing with the material of the associated guide web.

In the method the pane is oriented and attached at plural predetermined points of its surface in a device adapted to its shape, a curable plastic material is deposited on the pane with aid of at least one tool in the region of the assembly with the support part and is fashioned, in a fixed position in the space inside the device, into a fashioned part which, after its assembly with the pane, defines the position of the support part in relation to the predetermined points. The plastic material is then cured. A window pane can be produced according to the method.
