    摘要: A fuel filter for an engine includes a housing having an interior space and is assembled into a fuel flow path between a source of fuel and the engine. The housing includes a passageway which has an inlet aperture which is used to control the delivery of fuel to either the engine or back to the source of fuel. The housing also includes a return-fuel passageway which is in flow communication with the interior space and is adapted to couple to the source of fuel. A filter cartridge is installed within the housing and includes an end cap with an air vent tube having an inlet opening. The air vent tube is designed so as to assemble into the passageway, so as to plug the inlet aperture. Once the inlet aperture is plugged by the air vent tube, the flow entrance to the passageway is raised from the inlet aperture to the inlet opening of the air vent tube. The plugging of the inlet aperture by the air vent tube allows fuel to be delivered to the engine. When the air vent tube is not assembled into the inlet aperture, fuel is drained back to the source and does not reach the engine. The fuel filter further includes a pressure-regulated control valve which is installed within the return fuel passageway and is activated by the internal pressure within the housing. This valve permits excess fuel to be returned to the source of fuel.

    摘要: A 3D model of a subject is acquired. Sensors spatially located on the subject are displayed on the 3D model in their appropriate locations. An operator selects the proper viewing angle and sensors to monitor via input devices. A 3D modeler in a display processor provides an image viewed from the proper angle and identifies the selected sensors. The 3D modeler identifies the data channels which correspond to the selected sensors and provides these to a system control computer which then provides the samples for these data channels. The 3D modeler also identifies a screen location which pertains to the locations of the selected sensors on the model. A postage stamp trace unit receives the samples for the selected data channels and the screen locations pertaining to the selected sensor locations of the image of the model and produces a video signal representing a window having a number of real-time traces each pertaining to a sensor. The real-time traces are located at a screen location corresponding to the location of the sensor on the model. The video signal is provided to a video mixer, along with a high resolution window of the same traces. This allows the operator to simultaneously view the relative spatial location of the sensor signals, as well as the sensor signals. Another window also provides the status of processors in the system.

    摘要: An apparatus for dispensing volatile liquid fuel with recovery of fuel vapors includes a fuel delivery system having a fuel delivery line and a pump in the line to pump fuel there-along to a nozzle. A vapor recovery subsystem includes a vapor return line from the nozzle and a vapor impulsion means to induce vapor to flow through the vapor return line at a vapor flow rate comparable to the liquid flow rate through the fuel delivery line during most of a fueling operation. A vapor impulsion booster boosts the vapor flow rate above the liquid flow rate early in a fueling operation.

    摘要: The invention is directed to a combined display and shipping package which has two major components, an outer sleeve and an inner shell arranged for telescoping engagement with one another. The outer sleeve covers and provides protection for the inner shell during shipment and is slid back over the inner shell in a telescoping manner to permit visual display of an item to be displayed without the full removal of the protective outer sleeve which may or may not have advertising or display information on it. The inner shell has an inclined base so that when the package is used for display purposes, it maintains an inclined position to project the display item into full view of a prospective customer. To prevent the display package from tipping, the item displayed therein is secured in the package in a manner so that the combined centers of gravity for the item displayed and the display package is located to prevent tipping of the package without the need of additional support.
