Abstract: A filter for a water cooler includes a housing having a surface and a cavity with cavity ports. The filter end is adapted to be received in the housing. The filter end includes a cylindrical base having a surface and a neck extending from the surface. The neck has filter ports and a side surface. The side surface has oppositely directed axially extending elongated protrusions configured to be received in channels in the housing. The base surface includes a complex set of protrusions which are adapted to be received in a similarly configured set of recesses in the housing surface. The protrusions/recesses may take the form of letters, numbers or symbols. The filter end is be fully seated in the housing in bayonet-type fashion to connect the filter ports and the housing ports o permit water to flow through the filter from the water supply to the water cooler.

Abstract: A fuel filter for an internal combustion engine may include a filter housing, a ring filter element arranged in the filter housing, a function carrier engaging in an interior space of the ring filter element, a water collection space arranged below the ring filter element, a first venting part channel, and a second venting part channel. The function carrier may include a clean channel extending therein. The first venting part channel may extend from the water collection space through the function carrier and may be communicatingly connected to an air discharge channel extending in the function carrier. The second venting part channel may extend through an upper end disc of the ring filter element and may be communicatingly connected to the air discharge channel.

Abstract: The present application relates to the field of fuel filter components of internal combustion engines, and discloses a fuel filter element, including a filter element main body and a protective cover. A fuel return column extends from an upper end surface of the filter element main body. The protective cover is formed with a U-shaped groove adapted to the fuel return column, is adaptively installed on the filter element main body and is of an annular hollow structure. The U-shaped groove accommodates the fuel return column to form a protective assembly. Therefore, the problem of poor sealing caused by installation deformation damage and installation deviation of the fuel return column, and the cost of a hollow structure of the protective cover are reduced.

Abstract: A top loading filter assembly comprising a fuel return tube displacement subassembly which is received by a mount and which is in operable communication with a filter controller having a center manifold. The subassembly comprises a fuel return tube disposed within a chamber of a manifold, and which moves in a linear direction within the chamber by a rack-and-gear mechanism. The fuel return tube is retracted and cleared from the center manifold to allow for the upward removal of the manifold from the center manifold. The manifold holds a filter cartridge; therefore, removal of the manifold via the retraction of the fuel return tube allows for the accompanying removal of the filter cartridge from the assembly. The assembly may comprise one or more fuel return tube displacement subassemblies.
