    摘要: An aerosolization apparatus comprises a housing defining a chamber having an air inlet and an air outlet, wherein the chamber is sized to receive a capsule containing a pharmaceutical formulation. A puncturing member is moveable within the chamber to contact the capsule and to provide an opening in the capsule, and a feedback mechanism provides an indication, such as a tactile indication, to a user when the puncturing member has been moved to a position where it provides the opening into the capsule. When air flows through the inlet, the pharmaceutical formulation is aerosolized and the aerosolized pharmaceutical formulation is delivered through the outlet.

    摘要: A system is provided for allowing collaborative, web-enabled design of content for print on demand output. Categories of standardized products are provided, and upon selection of any particular product type a designer's choice will be utilized as a default which incorporates design selection categories including backgrounds, graphics, products, text boxes, headlines, logos, and text elements capable of manipulation. Previews are displayed in live, real time images incorporate low resolution equivalents of the final images. These low resolution images suffice for design decision, and allow such decisions to be communicated over the Internet(™) by any number of authorized users. At each element selection, as the preview is displayed so are selection thumbnails. Selection of alternate elements cause the preview to become interactive with the user, allowing true live manipulation of the active element(s). Position, content, and display elements can all be made active parameters. As this layered menu system is navigated, a final low resolution design can be completed and be available on-line for approval and selection. Once selected, the low-resolution equivalent is used to construct a full size, high resolution electronic document distribution format and, eventually, to a print ready design for transfer to print-on-demand production through conversion to a standard print format output.

    摘要: A metal frame is fabricated from magnesium alloy and all the main components of the computer, including the logic board, the hard disk drive, the keyboard, the upper and lower halves of the computer's case, and the pivoting display screen are all directly attached to the frame. The frame thus offers a method for constructing a personal computer which will have greatly improved shock resistance, integrated electromagnetic isolation, and structural strength, without increasing the weight of the completed computer in any significant fashion. Additionally, by means of a cooling flange fabricated as part of the frame, the central processing unit of the portable computer is thermally connected to the frame, which then acts as a heat-sink for the central processing unit, greatly improving its reliability.
