摘要： A drop out trigger captures waveform data when a normally continuous input signal is disrupted or interrupted. In the preferred embodiment, a conventional trigger detects a parameter periodically satisfied by the continuous signal and resets a timer whenever a trigger event occurs. The alarm count of the timer is set for an interval slightly larger than the periodic interval. If the timer reaches the alarm count, a measurement signal is generated.

摘要： A method for repairing and reinforcing a torn plastic tote is provided. The edges of the tears are bevelled and the tears are then welded with a plastic material which is of the same type as the material from which the plastic tote is made. A strip of plastic material is formed into a closed loop by welding the ends of the loop together. The loop is placed around the upstanding walls, preferably around the upper edge thereof and the loop is then spot welded to the upstanding walls. In an alternative embodiment, only a loop is placed around the tote and the tears are not welded.

The lubrication substrates can take any of a variety of forms, such as a tissue that is encased in a cellophane or plastic envelope and is impregnated with oil. The lubrication substrates can instead have an array of small tubes that carry oil. In another example, the lubrication substrates can take for them of a bubble sheet that carries oil within the bubbles.

The system includes a multimedia capture and encoding system that captures multimedia data, and substantially simultaneously provides a first compressed version of the multimedia data having a first resolution, and a second compressed version of the multimedia data having a second resolution that is different than the first resolution; a multimedia storage system, coupled to the multimedia capture and encoding system, that stores multimedia information including the first and second compressed versions of the multimedia data; and a video editing and playback system coupled to the multimedia storage system. The video editing and playback system includes editing circuitry that generates a composition that uses a portion of the first compressed version, and playback circuitry that plays the composition using a portion of the second compressed version that corresponds to the portion of the first compressed version. The multimedia storage system stores multimedia information including the compressed versions of the multimedia data, and provides to a network the first compressed version of the multimedia data substantially simultaneously as the first compressed version is stored.
