摘要: The design and structure of a regulated digital dispense apparatus is exhibited in this disclosure. The MEMS mass flow meter embedded with a Bluetooth communication device and powered by a battery pack is designed to replace the mechanical low pressure gauge in a conventional gas dispense regulator such that the dispensed gas flowrate as well as totalized dispensed gas volume in each session or in consequent sessions can be continuously and precisely registered. The measured data are further relayed to local users via the local display or physical data port as well as via a paired smart device running a customized APP that can further relay the data to a designated cloud for cloud data processing, and the data can be streamed reversely. This disclosure shall assist and realize the ultimate optimized management for the users, distributors and/or gas manufacturers in the gas dispensing industry.

摘要: A single-use cartridge accommodating a medical gas includes an elongate, generally cylindrical body having an interior chamber accommodating a compressed and sterile medical grade gas therein. The body is inwardly tapered proximate one end thereof and is joined to a reduced diameter and generally cylindrical leading end portion. The leading end portion including an opening communicably connected to the interior chamber of the cartridge body. The opening is selectively opened to allow for opening of the cartridge such that the compressed medical gas contained within the interior chamber of the cartridge is deliverable through the opening for use in a medical procedure. The cylindrical body and the end portion include a triple washed construction for holding the medical grade gas within the interior chamber of the cylindrical body under pressure.

摘要: A pressure vessel has an interior chamber and includes an outer shell, a boss, and an internal liner disposed within the outer shell. The boss includes a port extending between the interior chamber and an exterior of the pressure vessel; and an annular flange extending radially from the port and having an exterior surface and an interior surface. The liner includes an exterior portion adjacent the exterior surface of the flange; an interior portion adjacent the interior surface of the flange; and a vent in the interior portion. A method for forming a pressure vessel includes mounting a boss on a mandrel, flowing a non-metallic polymer around a flange of the boss to form an internal liner of the pressure vessel, forming a vent in an interior portion of the liner; and forming an outer shell surrounding the liner and at least a portion of the flange of the boss.

摘要: The invention provides a device for protecting a high-pressure gas tank of a motor vehicle. The device includes at least one heat-conducting plate and a thermal triggering unit. The heat-conducting plate has a distal region and a proximal region. The proximal region is arranged immediately adjacent to the thermal triggering unit and the distal region is arranged at a distance from the thermal triggering unit. The heat-conducting plate may be shaped so that it tapers from the distal region to the proximal region. The proximal region itself may be shaped in a tapering fashion. The heat-conducting plate may include heat-conducting fibers.

摘要: A disposable cartridge for holding compressed medical gas includes a substantially cylindrical canister. The canister is delivered by an elongate cylindrical body that is tapered to a reduced diameter end portion having a discharge port or opening formed therein. The discharge port is covered by a pierceable tip that seals the canister to hold compressed medical gas with an interior chamber of the canister. The tip is selectively punctured to discharge the medical gas through the opening for use in a medical procedure.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an energy efficient vertical cryogenic tank, which comprises a tank body with a vacuum insulation interlayer, wherein the tank body comprises a transmission means including an air return pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, and positioning means including supporting legs provided at the bottom of the tank body, and a built-in saturation adjustment mechanism formed by a heat exchanger connected to an let of the air return pipe and a return air dispersing device. By using a saturation adjustment mechanism at the inlet of the air return pipe, the cryogenic storage tank can not only fully leverage the gasification gas produced at the pump, but also achieve the saturation function of the LNG in the tank, with such benefits as reduced energy loss, simplified tank interface settings, improved efficiency of saturation adjustment, and avoided pump cavitation.

摘要: An operating gas system for an underwater vehicle, particularly for a submarine or an unmanned underwater vehicle, includes a fuel cell system and an operating gas vessel connected in terms of flow to the fuel cell system. In order to achieve simple and efficient storage of boil-off gasses, a gas-receiving device is also provided and is connected to the operating gas vessel. The gas-receiving device contains a sorbent for receiving boil-off gas from the operating gas vessel. The boil-off gas, which is produced in the operating vessel with an operating gas for the fuel cell system and which cannot be consumed directly in the fuel cell reaction, is therefore collected and stored with the aid of the sorbent in the gas-receiving device. A method for operating an operating gas system and an underwater vehicle are also provided.

摘要: The invention relates to a gas distribution valve unit comprising a valve body (1) comprising a gas outlet orifice (6) via which the gas can leave the valve body (1), a first internal gas passage (3) fluidically connecting a gas inlet orifice (2) to the gas outlet orifice (13), a gas passage control system arranged on the first internal gas passage (3), and a control element (5) that a user can operate and that collaborates with the gas passage control system to control the passage of gas in the first internal gas passage (3), and a device (7) that indicates pressure or the gas autonomy. According to the invention, the valve body (1) comprises a second internal gas passage (11) fluidically connected to the first internal gas passage (3), and the pressure or autonomy indicating device (7) is fixed at the upper end (1a) of the valve unit, and comprises a pressure tapping (8) in fluidic communication with the second internal gas passage (11) so as to measure the pressure of the gas inside said second internal gas passage (11). Gas container equipped with such a valve unit.
