摘要: An absolute proportioning pumping system includes an electric motor assembly powering a first pump at a first flow rate and powering a second pump at a second flow rate. A proportioned fluid output includes a first fluid pumped by the first pump and a second fluid pumped by the second pump. The pumping system provides a desired ratio of the first fluid to the second fluid at the proportioned fluid output, relatively independently of pressure and flow rate at the output. In accord with further embodiments, a pump and motor assembly is mounted to and generally surrounded by a liquid tank. The pump and motor assembly may include a pair of fixed ratio outputs driven from a common motor, or may include a single variable output pump either slaved to a master pump or controlled through a timed bypass valve to control output flow rate.

摘要: A positive displacement reciprocating multi-cylinder pump has a pair of cams and associated bearings and yokes that cooperatively and positively reciprocate the pistons. The fluid flow paths are configured through specially designed intake and outlet manifolds to provide intrinsic cooling of the bearings through specially configured fluid flow paths at distal ends of the pump. An intentional head geometry that is identical for each piston may be readily machined using exterior bores. Each head defines a cylinder, captures both inlet and outlet one-way valves, and provides essential fluid flow paths about the cylinders. All bearings are of the sealed type, and no additional oil baths or the like are required, permitting the pump to be stored, transported, and used in any orientation.

摘要: A pump head has a motor coupler; a motor mount; at least one piston housing; a fluid input; a fluid output; and a reciprocating piston to pump a fluid from fluid input to fluid output. The manifold has fluid input and output bores extending parallel with the reciprocating piston, and from end to end thereof. The motor mount has a mounting flange configured to couple to a motor, and a torsion sleeve extending from the flange. A torsion bolt is coupled with the piston housing. An elastomeric sleeve isolates the torsion bolt from torsion sleeve. The torsion bolt longitudinally compresses and radially expands the elastomeric sleeve toward and against the torsion sleeve. The reciprocating piston, piston housing, a first seal, and a second seal in combination define a fluid collection chamber for fluid that leaks past the first seal. A fluid conduit connects the fluid collection chamber to the fluid input. An over-pressure release valve assembly is coupled on an input with the fluid output from the pump head, and is configured to stay closed until a predetermined maximum pressure is exceeded, and when opened will spill fluid back to at least one of the fluid inlet or a fluid reservoir.
