Abstract: A fertilizer grinding mechanism, a water and fertilizer mixing device, and an aqueous fertilizer solution preparation production line. A fertilizer receiving body, where an edge is provided with a arranged first channel; a connecting body, fixed to a bottom of the fertilizer receiving body and provided with a second channel with the first channel, a bottom of the second channel is communicated with a buffer bin, a pushing block is arranged in the buffer bin, and the pushing block is connected with a drive mechanism for driving the block to move in direction of the body; and an inner grinding block, where the block is fixed to a bottom of the connecting body, an outer side of the inner grinding block is with a vertically movable grinding roller, the pushing block can push fertilizer under vertical movement of the roller. The grinding mechanism has a heat dissipation effect.

Abstract: Positioning system with an adjustable clamping force and milling equipment for a rail transit honeycomb workpiece. The positioning system includes a positioning apparatus, including a positioning table to support a workpiece, and a clamping apparatus, including a turntable, which is fixedly disposed on a periphery of the positioning table, a top of the turntable is connected to a mechanical arm, a pressure plate is disposed at an end of the mechanical arm, the pressure plate being capable of cooperating with the positioning table to clamp the workpiece, working regions of all the clamping apparatuses being capable of covering a machining surface of the workpiece, when machining is performed in an intersection region, a clamping apparatus corresponding to the region clamps the workpiece, and when machining is performed in a non-intersection region, a clamping apparatus corresponding to the region dodges, and an adjacent clamping apparatus clamps the workpiece.
The present invention discloses a positioning system with an adjustable clamping force and a milling equipment for a rail transit honeycomb workpiece. Abstract: A method for filling carbide blades in cutter head by using a carbide blade cutter head filling device. The carbide blade cutter head filling device includes a feeding unit, a storage unit, a loading unit and a discharging unit which are arranged successively. The output end of the feeding unit is matched with the input end of the storage unit through the guide mechanism. The output end of the storage unit faces a conveying tray of the loading unit. The conveying tray is provided with a plurality of group of transition holes for accommodating blades. A receiving mechanism for accommodating a cutter head is arranged below the falling pull plate of the discharging unit. The falling pull plate adjusts the communication and isolation between the transition hole and the cutter head in the receiving mechanism by changing the relative position of the falling pull plate and the transition hole.

Abstract: A device for supplying and recovering a minimal quantity lubricant in a magnetic field-assisted abrasive grinding, including a grinding wheel guard assembly, including a grinding wheel guard, grinding wheel, and wind deflector; a magnetic worktable mounted on the guard, and a magnetic clamp on the worktable; a controllable magnetic field assembly, including a permanent magnet and a first guide rail mechanism mounted on the deflector, the magnet being connected to the mechanism and to a recovering and filtering device; a controllable nozzle assembly, connected to the deflector on an opposite side of the magnetic field assembly, including a nozzle connected to a linear motion mechanism; and a controlling and monitoring assembly, including a vision camera on the worktable, connected to a system control box. The magnetic nanofluid can exert the optimal lubricating properties and cooling performance under the magnetic field-assisted abrasive grinding, and the magnetic nanoparticles can be further recycled.

Abstract: Provided in the present invention are a dynamic collection device for an oil film and temperature distribution in a grinding zone and an operating method thereof. A spectroscope and a 45-degree flat mirror are utilized to carry out optical imaging of the permeation and infiltration of the grinding fluid in a grinding zone during a grinding process, and a video signal imported into a high-speed camera is converted into a digital signal processed by a CCD photosensitive element, and a dynamic image is imported for dynamic collection. Infrared radiation emitted from the grinding zone is reflected through the 45-degree flat mirror, and transmitted to the thermal imaging camera, and the signal is transmitted to an internal infrared detector. The infrared detector adjusts and amplifies the received signal and outputs it to an infrared thermal imaging chip. After image processing, the temperature distribution image is imported for dynamic collection.

Abstract: A system for machining and positioning an automobile hub and a production line for intelligent cleaning and precision including upper and lower mounting plates connected vertically. At least three U-shaped blocks are fixed on a top surface of the upper plate. An L-shaped support is mounted between every two blocks including a screw-equipped ball head disposed thereon. The support is driven by a first driving apparatus to move along the upper mounting plate. A slidable chuck is disposed in each block, with a push rod assembly connected to the bottom. The assembly is driven by a second driving apparatus to move along the upper mounting plate with the chuck. Three wedges are circumferentially fixed on a top surface of the lower plate and are driven by a third driving apparatus to move along the lower plate. Inclined surfaces of the wedges are mated with bottoms of the push rod assemblies.
