The blade-side member is thinner than the spine-side member, and a pattern is formed on the blade-side member by processing the blade-side member into a curved shape at least at a part thereof as viewed from a cutting edge side, then joining the blade-side member to the spine-side member, and performing at least one of grinding and polishing after the joining.

摘要: A cutting tool includes: a base metal provided with a seat portion; a blade edge member that is a polycrystalline diamond sintered material containing polycrystalline diamond and a binder; and a brazing material that fixes the blade edge member to the seat portion of the base metal. The blade edge member has a thickness of greater than or equal to 0.3 mm. The brazing material is disposed between a blade edge bottom face of the blade edge member and a seat bottom face of the seat portion and is in contact with the blade edge bottom face and the seat bottom face. The flank face is located outside of the base metal with respect to the lateral face of the base metal.

It cladding low-carbon high-chromium martensitic alloy powder on the austenitic stainless steel cutter body through high-frequency density laser pulse cladding process, tempering treatment, cutter face grinding, end face grinding, and edge processing; The invention adopts an austenitic stainless steel cutter body, and then adopts a high-frequency density laser pulsation cladding process to make a low-carbon high-chromium martensitic stainless steel at the cutting edge by plasma electrofusion.

摘要: A tool bit for use with a power tool having a chuck and an anvil. The tool bit has a body defining the first end of the tool bit, and a shank coupled to the body and defining the second end of the tool bit. The shank includes a slot, a ball detent, and a projection. The slot is formed through the second end and is configured to receive a portion of the chuck to transfer rotational movement from the power tool to the tool bit. The ball detent is spaced circumferentially from the slot and is configured to receive a locking sphere of the chuck to lock the tool bit with the chuck. The projection is configured to contact a surface of the chuck and limit insertion of the shank into the chuck, thereby providing a space between the second end of the tool bit and the anvil.
