Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In one aspect, the described techniques provide for identifying interference signals on multiple layers or resources and determining whether the interference signals transmitted on a particular layer or resource were precoded using linear precoding (LP) or NLP. In this aspect, a receiving device may equalize signals received from a transmitting device (e.g., filter out interference signals) based on determining whether the interference signals were precoded using a first type of precoding (e.g., linear precoding (LP)) or a second type of precoding (e.g., NLP). In another aspect, the described techniques provide for performing interference measurements on signals precoded using NLP based on categorizing interference resources as being precoded using LP or NLP. In this aspect, a receiving device may perform and report measurements differently for interference signals precoded using LP and interference signals precoded using NLP.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for prioritization schemes for prioritizing colliding cross-link interference (CLI) measurements scheduled via Layer-1 signaling and a downlink transmissions scheduled according to periodic configurations. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may prioritize downlink transmissions over CLI measurements. A UE may not monitor for or may not decode downlink control information scheduling CLI measurements in resources that the UE has a scheduled downlink reception according to a periodic scheduling configuration. In some examples, the UE may prioritize a colliding CLI measurement and downlink transmission based on an indicated priority of each, a type a CLI measurement, a type of downlink transmission, and/or a location of the UE within the cell. The UE may either monitor for the downlink transmission or perform the CLI measurement based on the priority scheme.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may receive an indication of a first transmit power configuration and a second transmit power configuration for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) communication. The wireless communication device may transmit, using a first transmit power that is based at least in part on the first transmit power configuration, a first portion of the PUSCH communication in a full-duplex portion of a time-frequency resource. The wireless communication device may transmit, using a second transmit power that is based at least in part on the second transmit power configuration, a second portion of the PUSCH communication in a non-full-duplex portion of the time-frequency resource. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless communications system may support compression of channel information (e.g., channel feedback) in accordance with multiple compression schemes, from which a transmitting device may select for a channel reporting transmission. For example, a user equipment (UE) may be configured with multiple channel state information compression schemes, corresponding to different encoders or decoders, which may involve various machine learning or neural network techniques. The UE may select or otherwise determine which compression scheme to use for channel reporting in various scenarios, including a selection based on whether a compression scheme maintains relatively accurate reporting, or whether a more power-intensive or processor-intensive compression scheme is supported by an operating mode of the UE, among other selection criteria. The UE may indicate which compression scheme was selected by a transmitted indication included with or otherwise accompanying a channel reporting transmission.

To provide a coding gain with one or more retransmissions of the message, the device may configure redundancy versions based on the non-uniform distribution of one or more symbols. In some examples, the device may include the same set of non-uniformly distributed systematic bits or at least a portion of non-uniformly distributed systematic bits in each redundancy version of the message. Additionally or alternatively, the device may use multiple modulation and coding scheme (MCS) values to modulate one or more of the redundancy versions, where a first MCS value is used to modulate non-uniformly distributed symbols and a second MCS value is used to modulate uniformly distributed symbols.

A transmitting device may encode, at a layer two (L2) layer of the transmitting device, a set of service data units (SDUs) according to a set of network coding parameters to obtain a first set of protocol data units (PDUs).
